+ -1 moreHe was available the same day and came out to the house quickly. His assessment was fast he seemed knowledgeable and unbiased. He decided it would be more cost effective for us to replace the dishwasher, even though that meant no payment to him for repairing it.
Description of Work: Evaluated dishwasher and provided suggestions about repair versus purchasing a new one. Also provided tips on what to look for in a new dishwasher and what "bells and whistles" were unnecessary.

+ -1 moreContacted them from phone book listing, and received a same day visit to investigate water in carpet near Maytag. The machine itself was not leaking, but the machine was not properly balanced and had a slight rock during spin cycle which had resulted in slight displace drain hose, which was the source of the problem. It took a little convincing that it rocked, but when he addressed it he got the front leg extended and that has eliminated the problem. Grateful for trouble free transaction, promptness etc.
Description of Work: Checked out seeming leak around Maytag washing machine, leveled it, and reset drain hose
