Unusual for a call not be returned, we have 24 hour voice mail service and are committed to respond to requests. We have installed many paver patios sucessfully and without any similiar issues as suggested here. Larry Adams

The install went well but as trees sometimes do some of them started to lean. We called and heard nothing for two weeks. We called again and were informed they had some management changes but would be out within a week. They came the next day--fixed the problem AND the trees look great!!
Description of Work: The instal team planted 6 5'-6' Pyramidal arbor vitae trees, Created the mulch bed to surround,fertilized all. They also leveled the yards sunken area with shredded top soil, seeded and topped with straw. When they came to start the install we showed them where to put the trees. They started the dig only to find excess water.......we all deceided their must be a spring in that area. The lead installer informed us pine trees don't like water and suggested we use another spot so our guarantee would be good.We chose another area to plant, and actually like it better, it provides more privacy.
