It was very professional and Jeff was communicative through the whole appraisal. The appraisal value also amounts to the average of what RedFin estimated the lot to be valued. Very happy with my experience and they will be my go to appraisal company.

This went well. I wanted to get an appraisal of my home as I am considering selling it at auction. Appointment was made, and kept. Report emailed to me as promised and though I hope to not have to do this again, I would use A.C.T.Heller again if I needed.
