Aboite Pest Control

I heard noises in my attic. Called Cliff and he responded within 2hrs. There was a bat in the attic. His company doesn't remove bats - so he referred me to a company that does. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him if I had other pest problems.

Mr. Burdge is a conscientious and pleasant gentleman who comes once a month from early Spring until late Summer. I have not been bothered by spiders since he started approximately six years ago. I find his rates of $54.00 a month quite reasonable and he has not increased them since he started. He simply sticks his bill to the garage door with a magnet and goes on to the next job. Thank you, Mr. Burdge—I’ll see you next spring!

Cliff arrived at my house within 15 minutes of me calling him. He examined the yellow jacket nest under the house siding and then checked the walls inside the house too. He knew exactly what he was doing and about 20 minutes later he was done dusting the nest. He then re-checked the walls inside the house to make sure the yellow jackets weren't escaping inside. He said if they weren't all gone in a couple days, he'd come back and do a re-do, for free. Excellent service and a great guy.

Yellow jackets built a nest above a main floor room of my ranch. I noticed it because of a 4in. x 8in. spot was discolored on the ceiling near the window. If the problem was not taken care of immediately, the yellow jackets would have come through the ceiling as they were taking bits of drywall and insulation away. They were entering through the top of a corner piece of vinyl siding. The contractor was able to completely extinguish the pests. Problem subsided quickly in 1 to 2 hours and then completely within one day.

Provider had to come back and do it a second time as the first application seemed ineffective. The second application was more effective and we added insecticide we purchased. Together, these did the trick. No ants. Nice gentleman.

I called Aboite Pest Control because of sounds of a small animal in my walls. He came out the very same day and inspected my home. I found that I had a veritable mouse colony in my attic. He set well over a dozen traps and said to call him back in 2 weeks to remove the traps, or sooner if the traps began to fill up. I do not have the noises in my walls anymore and I plan to use Aboite Pest Control for ongoing insect extermination/maintenance.

He always does a great job when he sprays. I've never found excess on the boards as I have grandbabies crawling around and also a dog. We used to have another company that sprayed for bugs and our dog would get sick after they left but this has never happened since we switched services. We couldn't be happier and I would tell my friends to use Aboite Pest Control.

We were concerned about termites. Searched Angie's list and found this company. Based on location and availability we called and made appointment. It was for the next day! Cliff came in, listened to our concerns. Checked the basement carefully. Followed by the rest of the house. There was a bug problem, but he even advised us how to treat it ourselves. He was polite prompted and fair.

Cliff came to perform a termite inspection. He did what appeared to be a thorough termite inspection and did not find any damage or indication of termites. He was able to point out a few things that need to be fixed/repaired to prevent termite/carpenter ant issues. He also pointed out a few issues with the house that are good to know. We will definitely use him for any pest issues we have and would consider him for a home inspection.

He took care of the issue. He is the sole owner and was able to come out the very next day after I called. He was able to fit me in between other appointments that he already had. He was a very nice guy. He gave me a lot of information about what to do and what not to do.

We noticed insects in our basement that we thought might have been termites. My husband researched "pest control" online and found Aboite Pest Control. He called and Cliff came out immediately (on the same day). He quickly identified the bugs and treated for them. His fee was quite reasonable. Will definitely use him again

Cliff could schedule us the next day due to a cancellation. He was prompt and got there before me. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, very thorough and he took a couple hours to thoroughly inspect and explain everything to me.

Clifford arrived on time and provided a detailed inspection report. He was extremely thorough and not only identified things that were not up to par at that time, but he also identified things we might want to keep an eye on in the years to come. He offered suggestions for correcting the minor issues and also told us how much we could expect to pay. He spent several hours at our home and was very patient and helpful when we asked questions. He is conservative, which we appreciated considering this is the biggest purchase we've ever made (not to mention being first time home buyers). Clifford was very professional and we highly recommend him!
