Very poor service period. They kept my computer for 10 days. Problem was fixed, but backup was not performed and every item on my computer was lost.

Outstanding job fixing our home computers. The tech came to our home and repaired all our problems very quickly. He was very professional. The computer is running like new!!!

.A Plus computers performed as promised when promised and kept in touch with me throughout the process. They were upfront about pricing and timeframe. Unfortunately they could not recover all my files, but they gave me back a functioning laptop for a reasonable price. I have replaced that laptop with a MacBook which I hope will serve me better than my last couple Windows laptops. I am passing the repaired laptop onto a niece

Overall I did not go back to the store when I needed repair on the other computers that needed serviced.

Great. I called today to schedule service, they recommended a phone consult, we scheduled for a few hours later in the day. They logged into my computer remotely, fixed the problem and helped me understand it. Very happy!

My computer crashed and it turned out that it needed a new motherboard. A Plus did a great job diagnosing and fixing the computer. The price was right too ($160 for the part, $90 for the labor). The turn around time was 10 days, but still acceptable as far as that goes. The only real issue I had was that I was mostly in the dark as to the status of my computer. The two status updates on their website were "Waiting for the bench" and "on the bench", which didn't tell me much. The info I received from calling them was a little better. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the repair and the price. I will use them again.

Excellent customer service. Called to check if appointment needed. We were instructed to just come in drop off computer and they would do the rest. We were waited on promptly and representative took all of our information told us it would be 3-5 days before it would be done, unless we wanted express service which we declined. Computer was serviced as requested for a great price in the time period noted. We will definitely use this company in the future.

They always diagnose our problems without any trouble. They do a good job.

When I dropped off my laptop I was told that I my laptop had to be sent out and I would hear something within a week. I waited almost 2 weeks and never got a call so I called them. When I called I was told I needed a new adapter. I went to their shop and picked my laptop the next day. I was dissappointed that no one had called and I had to call them to find out what was wrong. They charged me $70 for a new adapter, which I thought was excessive, but I figured that included their diagnostics and it was a top of the line adapter. I had purchasd adapters online for much cheaper but they didn't last long, hopefully this one will last.

I've had several computers built by A+ over the last 10 years and they usually perform great service. On this visit, I was initially unable to get anyone to help even though several members of staff were standing around idle. When I finally did get assistance, I was able to get the materials needed for my project. A+ has also provided computer repairs over the last several years which ranged in difficulty from simply re-seating memory cards to replacing a zapped motherboard. In all cases the technicians were careful to get the diagnosis as accurate and as economically as possible.

A-Plus removed the spyware and installed anti-malware program and my computer works quicker and I haven't had any freeze ups since.

Went to their store on DuPont and Coldwater and was greeted prompyly but was told I would have to wait as he was with a customer. He finished and quickly asked me what I was looking for. I told him and he worked up a quote which I accepted. I wa told it would take two days as it was already past 3:00. Was called two days later and told my computer was ready to be picked up. It has worked very well since then, about two years ago, and would recommend them.
