WOW! When the sun goes down, the entire property comes to life! This was a big job. In addition to the house & landscape, we also have a 1 acre pond. I looked around for a few months trying to find a contractor that specialized in outdoor lighting. I like the high quality LED lights they sell because they look great, last for years & won't drive up the electric bill. I'm so glad I found Tom @ 1B Specialty. It went better than expected. The lighting came in on time. They started on time. Came back to make adjustments as needed and viewed the lights in the dark to get the accent just right. We could not be happier with the look or feel safer with the extra security we have with lighting all around the exterior of our home. Our path's are safely lit; the stone on our home is accented beautifully as are our tree's and landscape. Didn't even see a change in our utility bill. Any call for readjusments to the lights based on the season changing and they showed up within 1 day.
