14/69 Auto Body Inc.

14/69 ordered the rear view mirror and received the wrong mirror. They had to reorder the part and apologized for the mixup. A few days later they called me and got the correct rear view mirror. When I took my car in they apologized and said the part was ordered by Toyota and they got the last three numbers wrong. The price was higher than quoted but said he would give it to me for the original quote. The difference was a little more then $100 and he would take the cut even though it was Toyota's fault. When I broke the glass of the rear view mirror it leaked green substance on my car. They removed it for me and also removed a white scrape on my back bumper at no cost. They are great, honest and professional! I recommend them highly, you will not be disappointed.

Work was to be done in 2 days & it was. Repair job & paint is perfect & can't tell that it was done. The Cleaned the interior to be spotless prior to my picking the car up.

Shop worked out details with the "other guy's" insurance. Repair took longer than estimated because of problems with replacement parts, but Justin kept me informed. Good color match, good part alignment.

They were good. They saw the car and they did the appraisal and reported to the insurance. It was an accident. They were very helpful, responsive, but if I had a car that I need repaired I would go there again.

One of the best customer service experiences ever. Even my husband is raving about it and he doesn't usually rave about such things. The work took several weeks to complete but that was ok because they provided a loaner car for a one time $30 fee--so much cheaper than carrying rental coverage on auto insurance. They kept us updated throughout the process and always gave accurate estimates of how long the work would take. When they took it to the dealership for the alignment adjustment, they even arranged for it to get a routine oil change that was due. The car looks as good as new. We don't look forward to needing more body work but we are glad to know we have a great place to go if the occasion arises.

Over the top. Nice waiting area. Had coordinated with Enterprise Rent A Car to pick me up. Kept me up to date throughout the week. Courteous. Nice job on body work. I don't experience that kind of service very often.

The people at 14/69 Auto Body were very good. They did a repair and took out a dent on my car without having to paint it. They have a technique where they remove dents and they do it very carefully so it doesn't wreck the paint and it saved me a thousand dollars by doing it that way. You can't even see where the dent was.

I dealt directly with the shop because they were a preferred shop for my insurance provider so an adjuster never had to deal with it; the shop did everything. Both times they were extremely quick. They were also extremely nice and they have an amazing program where if you don't have rental car coverage on your insurance they provide you a loaner for the entire length of your repair, whether it takes two days or two weeks, for $30 flat. Granted, they're not the nicest cars in the world but that's a car for $30 while my car was being repaired from the first time hitting a deer and the second time my car got tagged in a parking lot. They're quick, they're responsive and they keep me updated. They're absolutely fantastic. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that their shop workers sometimes get in and out of the car without a seat cover and it leaves a little mark. No big deal - it's really the only thing I can nit-pick about them. I mentioned it one time and they cleaned it right off for me. I absolutely love 14-69 Auto Body.
