Was trying to get an estimate for paving in the back of my house for a driveway because I only have street parking. They were very rude on the phone, unhelpful, and acted as if I was bothering them for asking for their service. This job seemed below them and they didn’t care to offer their services. Moved onto Libbs and they were very friendly, helpful, and eager to do the job. Would recommend Libbs over Striegel. Would give this company no stars if I could.

Unfortunately this is another fly by night, unprofessional business, that is unable to meet there own explicit contracts! They should not be trusted to handle your needs and lack basic professionalism and common courtesy. After Rick Striegel Voluntarily Bid a $50,000 dollar job and was awarded the project and gave a start date for said work, Rick failed to communicate his intent to not do the project for over a month. Worth thinking about - how will they will handle your project, if 50k ins’t enough to warranty a common courtesy call from them? Classless organization run by a unprofessional man.

Can't get them to call me back or preform the work we contracted for.

I am going to use them to do the job. I plan to use them in the future.

I WOULD TELL OTHER PEOPLE THAT THEY SHOULD TRY THEM. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. MY DRIVEWAY SEEMS LIKE ITS A LITTLE SKINNIER THAN IT WAS BEFORE BUT I DIDN'T CALL THEM OUT ON IT. IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE COST ME MORE IF THEY HAD POURED THE DRIVEWAY BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL SIZE.
