Returned my call in a very reasonable amount of time & was very helpful with my real estate situation.

Paula and her team are great to work with. I have used her services for several real estate transactions and will do so in the future. She is very professional, well organized, and looks out for her clients like a lioness guarding her cubs. She worked with my wife and I for months trying to find a piece of property where we could build our dream home. Once we found the perfect site, and worked out a purchase price with the seller, the fun really began. Unfortunately, the property did not pass a perk test for a septic system due the fall required from the curtain drain. We loved the property and were devastated. Paula and the seller, working closely with our builder were able to structure a drainage easement with a neighbor and now we are back on track. The only negative thing is that Paula is in very high demand, and at times is a little hard to reach. However, her assistant Judy helps with communications and helps with the details so Paula can service her clients.

I don' recall the exact date of contact. I emailed Paula because I was considering selling my home and looking for a realtor. She took over a weeks to respond. I used websites and email exclusively to initiate contact while searching for realtors. A timely response was my own test of how web and technology savvy each realtor was during my research. I normally search for my own houses using the Web exclusively, so the agent's use of web and email is important to me. I can't judge any other category other than responsiveness. Paula was very professional and courteous when she did finally respond. Good realtors are also busy realtors, so Paula may be a very good choice in other cases.

Teresa Moody was very helpful in finding our new home. We were looking for a fixer upper to work on until our retirement. Other realtors would not event talk to us when they heard what we were looking for. Not only was Teresa very attentive with what we were looking for, she would go out of here way to go look at the property and assess it before telling us about it. This was very helpful as we lived 3 1/2 hours away. She called about a property just after it was listed. We purchased it in December. I would recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy property in the New Albany/Louisville area. Thank you Teresa.

She does a lot of research that she brings to the table before listing a home. She has a broad network so we are very hopeful. She is a busy lady so I have to wait my turn sometimes.
