McKinley Heating & Cooling

I hired McKinley in 2020 to replace my furnace/ac unit and everything went great. So I didn't hesitate to hire Aaron to lift up existing HVAC duct work to elevate my ceiling in April 2023. He quoted a fair price and collected and cashed a $900 deposit on 4/24/23. However, he never showed up to do the work. After a week of no shows, I told him I no longer wanted him to do the project and to return my deposit. I had to hire another contractor to do the work. After 3 months of excuses and false promises to return my deposit, he has quit communicating. I have filed a criminal complaint for theft of services.

After months of lies and delays, we had to hire multiple other contractors to repair and complete the work, even though we paid in full. We had to go to court as a result of McKinley not paying a subcontractor. They sued us and forced us into litigation to save our house. We won the case but have not been able to collect any of the damages. Do not use this contractor. He is a crook and a liar and is guilty of fraud. For your reference: [*** Link removed ***]

Installion was done in April 2016. They installed Rheem Heat Pump. In November 2020 the system developed a problem that needed repair. Made 20 phone calls and left message to be called back. Contractor never called back. Found out thta Rheem never heard of this guy. Please stay away from this company. Angies should not have on their list of contractors Stay away Do Not use

It turned out great. They were efficient. They came when they said they were coming. They did a good job and didn't leave a mess. They cleaned up everything and it was very neat. The work was done very well.
