Reached out to lambs lawn care and landscaping service for some landscaping in stone work done on our patio area and lady from the office called back fairly quick to set up an appointment for someone to come out and take a look and give us a quote. And some gentleman came out looked at the project. We were looking to have landscaping done upfront everything mulched and a mulch ring put around our Dogwood some bushes taken out and some emerald greens put in for privacy with mulch around them some landscaping done around our shed and our back landscape around our house we were wanting some plants put in and remulched and edged then were looking to have our patio concrete removed putting in a Paverstone patio and or going over the existing concrete and having a pergola built and looking at having a stone fire pit done as well and this was done back in I’ll believe late March Early April and here it is May 10 and still no response I am not sure how long this takes to get a quote but I feel that a enough time has passed that I should have received something. We do have another company that is taking on the project.

Excellent! RJ was super nice, knowledgeable, quick to gather information and provide solutions. He made sure all my questions were answered throughly. When they did the work, they were very fast and professional. Yard looks better than I could imagine and after 1 week, I have grass and a nice flat, rock free (and stump free) yard

Lamb Lawn Service and Landscaping recently completed an extensive front and backyard project for my husband and me. We reside on a hilly lot and needed additional off-street parking and stairway access from street level to our front door. Dave Kruer, designer for Lamb, met with us and presented us with a design that met our needs. Dave and his crew are amazing- this project involved major hardscaping, including removal of unforseen rock, construction of stone retaining walls and stairs, concrete and landscaping. The finished project was completed in unbelievable time, is gorgeous and functional. Our satisfaction with the project prompted us to enlist Dave and his crew to do and equally extensive revamp of our backyard. They constructed a stone retaining wall, outdoor fireplace, extensive paver patio and access stairs from patio to driveway. Both front and backyard include landscaping and lighting. These guys are truly talented, professional craftsmen. The quality of their work and final outcome far exceeded our expectations. Several of our neighbors have asked for Dave's contact information and one has already completed a project. Thanks to R.J. Lamb, Dave Kruer and their outstanding crew.

We used them for both our homes. They are here every week and during lawn season. They are staying great. They just come and cut the grass.

When the two young men arrived my sister went out and walked around our small courtyard explaining exactly what she wanted done to our yard and they started the job. We took note of the arrival time, because we had only paid for a specific amount of time. About 30 minutes before they would have needed to be done we looked out and they were gone. They didn't come to the door and say they were done, would you like to look at everything? My sister went outside immediately and noted several issues. The main one being she had asked them to remove a small lilac bush that had died. It was still standing there...trimmed...in all its dead glory! She called the cell phone of the man that had called us to say they were on their way. They came back and took out the bush which took a whole 5 minutes! We even paid them an extra $20 to please get it out. My left and she noticed they had broken a rather large pot that she keeps her patio rose tree in, had trimmed some of the bushes with a weed whacker and where they had used such a strong leaf blower in the flower beds, they had displaced hundreds of decorative rock onto the grass. I decided to call the office first instead of writing this review and spoke with a very nice lady who was very apologetic and said the owner was in a meeting, but she assured me she would give him the message. I have yet to hear from the owner. I wasn't even asking for any kind of reimbursement for the broken pot or monies back for the sub par job that was done, I just wanted to know that this type of behavior (leaving without a word) or this poor of a landscaping maintenance job wouldn't be performed somewhere else. One more kind of humorous thing. One of the young men had his pants so low that you could clearly see his Joe Boxers. At one point, he bent over in front of our low hung windows and showed us his entire backside and my sister and I said it was a shame we didn't have our phones with us, it would have made for a great picture to hand to his employer. I won't be calling Lamb's again and it's a shame because we were going to get prices for lawn maintenance packages as well as have them do our routine cleanups for Spring and Fall in our new patio home.

The entire process with Lamb's was an excellent experience. We were contacted promptly for an appointment and Dave K showed up on-time as scheduled. He talked to us about our concerns and what we would like to accomplish. We used the one hour consultation to develop a complete landscaping overhaul. The work was done as scheduled and we are thrilled with the results. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to friends.

The man who came to give the estimate for the work was very prompt, I was given an appointment for the estimate within a day of calling. He was very patient, after finishing a complete work up for the landscaping twice, I still could not decide on plants. The gentleman suggested that I follow him to the nursery, once there I was able to see the plants and make some changes to the plant selection. The work was done in a very professional manner. The gentleman (I cannot remember his name) answered questions about our existing plants and trees and looked at our riding lawn mower which wasn't working and told us how to fix it. It is working great! His whole crew went above and beyond. They even added rock to a drainage grate that would stay in place and helped fix a hole in the yard that they noticed. Outstanding service!

We have been using Lambs for our lawn mowing for the past three years. They are very reasonably priced. They show up each week and are in and out quickly. We are very pleased with their work.

Mr. Lamb was very prompt to meet with us for the estimate, and his company completed the work the same week. His employees were competent, professional and pleasant. The quality of the work and the customer service exceeded our expectations. In fact, this was the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time!!!

They did the work in one day and went above and beyond what I expected!

I have had weekly lawn service with Lambs Lawn Service for two months now. They returned my call right away, gave me a fair estimate (with a generous Angie's List Discount), and started right away. They are great about email invoicing and staying in touch. The lawn looked immaculate when they started. They still do a good job, but with the busy season and rains I think they are hurrying a bit. The lawn cutting and trimming looks rushed with occasional patches of missed grass and edging. It is still passable, but the job quality is nothing the neighbor kid couldn't do. They are punctual every week and the price is right - that is what matters to me more than a manicure. I am lazy about doing my own share of the yard work and gardening, so it is nice to have a very reliable service.

Good price and prompt service for trimming overgrown bushes around house.

Our landscaping had gotten away from us and needed much attention in 2013. The estimate was very fair and I was excided when the crew showed up on time & within 4 days as promised. They trimmed 3 trees, 14 bushes and weeded almost 300 feet of landscaping beds. They exceeded all of my expectations. It was a 90 degree day and the crew worked until they were finished; much better than we could have done ourselves. Lamb's is also doing our weekly mowing and trimming, The same attention to detail occurs then too. I have used other vendors for mowing, but we never kept them long. Lamb's does a wonderful edge along my sidewalks, driveway and landscaping beds. Much to my surprise, w/o asking, they change the direction (angled vs. straight lines) of how they mow the backyard each week. Even when requested, other vendors never did that. We ended up with ruts / indentations in the back yard because the big mowers just mashed the grass down in the same spots week after week. We love the service we are getting and highly recommend Lamb's for any of your lawn & landscaping needs.

Overall, it was a good crew. They were polite. They did good work. They were responsive. The owner got right on. He had the work done probably within two weeks. I thought that the price was very expensive.

Always professional and always on time

Total professionalism in dealing with Mr. Lamb, his staff and espically with Ms. Carol W. whom finalized the billing and cut dates. His discounts for Angie's List suscribers plus his senior citizen discount - which I gave him the option not to honor the senior citizen discount since I forgot to offer that information before he worked up my estimate - was just icing on the cake. One learns early on that saving money is only worth the savings if one gets quality work or merchandise. His staff arrived with all the needed equipment and after comparing notes, got to work. When they got to the creek, suggested that by using a bulldozer, they would be able to level the property more evenly. They left and returned within the hour, leveled that area, seeded and put straw down which I did not expect them to do. The following day, the mowers came and finished up. My yard looks great. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue with this company. If you are looking for a local company to support, look no futher than Lambs Lawn Service and Landscaping, LLC. Their staff related to me some of the other services that Lambs offers to homeowners and there is no doubt I will be contacting them to discuss my on-going projects in upgrading my home

2013 was my first year using Lamb's for the maintenance of my yard. I was always pleased with their work and found the staff to professional and thorough. I will be using them again in 2014.

Last month my hubby had poison ivy so bad that he couldn't go outside with the heat, let alone even try to cut the lawn (and we have a large lawn). So I checked and found Lamb's Lawn. They came the day I called! We were in such need I forgot to ask the cost - luckily they are more than affordable - it was less than our previous tiny lawn had been charged before we moved! And they trimmed and cleaned up! So fast and helpful!! We were able to use the service for several weeks till hubby felt up to tackling the job again - Thanks Lamb's Lawn!!!

Lambs Lawn Service & Landscaping we have used them for years. They are here every week. They are very reasonable. They are fast, I got an acre and they cut it in fifteen minutes and they blow and they trim and they just do a good job. If I need anything extra all I got to do is tell them, they do it, they don't qualm about it. If a mailbox gets knocked down, I ask them to put a new one up and they do it, if it snows they come and blow my driveway and scrape my driveway which is 80, 70, 80 feet long. They never say no.

Great. RJ Lamb came out as scheduled and emailed an estimate within a couple of days. After accepting his estimate the crew came out within a few days as soon as the weather permitted. They completed the work quickly and in a very professional manner. The workers were very respectful of my property. They were very careful round the barn and mineful of my horses. Tractors, trailers and other equipment was used and when they left there was no damage to show they had been here. This is the second time I have used this company and both times they have done the work as agreed to and then a little extra with no additional charges.
