generator service
+ -1 moreAWFUL! He drove away in a huff in the middle of my speaking with him without doing anything to rectify the problems we are having. If you need service from an authorized Generac trained dealer don't walk, run away from Chris Ricketts and Hoosier Power LLC. There are a number of better qualified and certainly more customer friendly companies that can provide superior service and use language that won't embarrass you so you you don't have to worry about having your children around in hearing distance.
Description of Work: I have a whole house Generac backup generator that is under warranty that does not run. Upon Chris Ricketts arrival every other word our of his mouth was the F-BOMB. It was as if he never mastered a functional command of the english language other than to insult me and my factory approved installation that I had. He didn't even both to repair a warranty covered item (the brand new remote monitor) from Generac.

+ 0 moreChris was amazing. I only had planned on getting the tune up done today. I mentioned the fact the generator was sitting too low, but figured he would just give me some suggestions. Instead, he comes with a pad for it to sit on, eliminating the problem. He spent time answering all my questions, many of which I am sure were stupid. He suggested improvements to better utilize the generator. He will be back in a few weeks making those improvements. Great, great experience!
Description of Work: Generator tune up, raised generator, replaced battery, added garage doors to the generator.
