+ -1 moreWE LEFT MESSAGES FOUR TIMES IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE MESSAGE INDICATED THEIR OFFICE HOURS AND THAT THEY WERE OPEN AT THE TIME THAT WE PLACED THE CALLS, BUT NEVER TALKED TO A SINGLE PERSON. JUST NEEDED TO KNOW IF THEY COULD DO THE WORK.
Description of Work: WE WERE ASKING IF THE COMPANY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO WORK ON AN EXISTING METAL FIREPLACE INSERT THAT NEEDED WELDING AND POSSIBLE NEW MATERIAL.
