Professional, thorough, and courteous. They told me they would follow up in 3 weeks and schedule within a certain time and they actually called then and at that time. I didn't need to follow up with them on my end. They are just awesome I wish they had more services that I could hire them for. Bob and Bill are great. The price was very reasonable.

It was a smooth and terrific job. They are very punctual and extremely careful in their painting. I prefer using family owned companies, they have a lot to be proud about. My meetings with Robert great, he answered every question that I had and the work was completed in a timely fashion.

Bill met with us to make sure he understood what we wanted done and gave a free estimate on the spot that was considerably more comprehensive and cheaper than the other quote we received. They showed up on time to perform the work and did a great job. They even power washed our concrete back patio, which was not part of the quote, because they wouldn't have felt right leaving it dirty. When we offered to pay them more for the extra work, they refused. The house looks great and we would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. Our house looks better than I expected, and better than it has for years. They were very careful to avoid any damage to our perennials around the foundation too. The project only took about 1 1/2 hours.

I first contacted the company to arrange for an estimate to have mold cleaned from our siding. When I met with Robert White, he mentioned that his company also provided exterior painting services and pointed out areas where our trim had rotted and the paint had faded. After obtaining an estimate, we hired White's Painting for both jobs. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. The crew that came to replace and paint the exterior were polite, they worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. They did a beautiful job! Throughout the process, Robert was knowledgeable, professional and stayed on schedule. My husband and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their house washed or painted.

White's was one of the estimates we got. I was very impressed with Robert White's attention to detail and their quote was competitive. However, they had a bit of a backlog of work and would not be able to start for a few weeks, so we went with another company that could start in a week.

We were extremely impressed with White's from the start. Bob was very prompt when coming over to see the house in order to provide a proposal. Very friendly and professional, he had many suggestions but would always defer to our preferences. With years of experience, Bob and Bill are both very confident in what they do and how they do it. The quality of work was outstanding from the cleaning to caulking to main paint to trim, including on gutters and downspouts. Even before it was complete we had neighbors commenting how much they liked the work. The team that did the work was very friendly and accommodating. Securing loose deck pieces or performing extra caulking to seal windows was never a chore to them. They also cleaned up very nicely. The punch list was minimal. This company knows customer service! We would certainly recommend them.

Robert White responded within 24 hours to my email request. He was the first of four companies I had emailed to respond. His communication was not only swift, but polite and professional. He said he would come to the house in the coming week to provide a quote and was also the first to do so. In the end, he ended up being the best price as well. So, it was a no-brainer that I would use the person who responded quickly, politely, professionally, and most price-friendly. We scheduled the work within two weeks at my request. He probably was willing to schedule sooner. He called on a Saturday to confirm the work for the following Monday. He and his brother Bill arrived on time and explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. Since they started at 1pm, he said they would likely finish around dinner time. I was home during this time and Robert communicated two observations he had made during their work. One was about the type of algae that had developed. The other was about siding that was loose, and that Bill took the liberty to nail it back. Around 5pm, a storm began to roll in but the early rains did not deter them. It wasn't until the rain began to pound and we heard thunder that Robert said they would come back the next day. They were about 90% complete. Robert and Bill returned the next day on their own because I had to go back to work. But, Robert called me to let me know that he completed the work and that he was leaving the property. From start to finish, the Whites were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond, which is rare in my past experience working with past contractors. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing powerwashing.
