White's Painting and Power Washing

Robert White and his brother were wonderful to work with. We needed our large wooden deck and our front balcony power washed along with staining and painting. We were given an estimate for the work to be done which we thought was in the range of what we had expected. Robert and his brother did an exceptional job. They started the work on the date they we set and finished all work to perfection. They did an exceptional job--very neat and precise, quality products and quality workmanship. After finishing all work, they came back to put back all the furniture they had to remove on the large deck ( in order to do the cleaning and staining that was done) back in place. We would highly recommend Robert White, Painting Contractor to anyone who appreciates promptness, quality and professional workmanship. We will definitely hire them again. It is hard to fine such fine people who take pride in what they do--they are always ready to please and make sure the customer is getting what they are paying for.

I was very pleased with the work done by Robert White Painting and Power Washing. They were very professional and were prompt and completed the work contracted in a timely manner. I was impressed by the fact that they covered my house with plastic near the deck so as not to get any stain on the siding. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

I hired Robert mid-summer with an explanation from him that he had commitments through the summer but could do the work in September. I was in no hurry -- just wanted the work done before winter -- so I was fine with that. He assured me he would remember, and sure enough, I got a call in early September in which he told me he'd be doing the job in a couple of weeks and would call closer to the definite date. He called with the date and time, which was between 9 and 9:30. He arrived at 9 AM, walked me through the areas to be painted, and introduced me to the painter who would be doing the work. The man worked non-stop for over four hours and did a terrific job. Everything was covered completely with no mess made. I was so pleased with the use of drop cloths and his overall careful way of working and was happily surprised when paint chips from scraping were vacuumed with a shop vac. If it weren't for the new, white paint, I'd never know someone had painted. Thanks for the good work. I'll pass your name on to my friends.

I found Robert White on Angie's list, when I needed to hire someone to powerwash my home that had several years of built up mold and dirt. Robert was great! He came first and gave me an estimate, explaining exactly what he would accomplish. Noticing some of my siding had pulled away from the house up in the eaves, which I hadn't realized, he said he'd tack it down when he was up there. The day of the appointment, he and his brother arrived punctually. Robert took me around the house once more and explained exactly what I could expect after he'd finished and what I couldn't expect (specks on aluminum window frames don't come off with powerwashing). After the job, he took me around again and had me inspect the work. It was excellent. He had found a squirrel's nest under the loose siding and removed that before tacking down the siding. He had even run the powerwash over my car, So I ended up with a sparkling home and a sparkling car! I'll definitely call Robert again and highly recommend him to others.

They planned for a few dry days before and after any rain to perform the task. They brought samples of the paint to show and make recommendation with our approval for best possible result. Three of them helped remove all furnitures from the deck, power washed, waited for a couple of days to dry up, taped the perimeters of the deck, covered the adjacent windows, and then stained the deck in a very professional manner. After a couple of days they removed all tapes and covers. They left no debris, were courteous, and left us feeling very good about them. We have no hesitation to recommend anyone for their work.

Bob was very professional, arrived on time for the estimate, told me he would fit me in within 2 weeks and called me in a week. He followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. Would recommend strongly for this service.

What a pleasure working with Bob! He returned our initial phone call right away and arranged a time to come to look over the job and provide an estimate. He explained in detail the steps that would be performed and what product would be used. My husband and I decided right then to hire Bob and we are so happy we did. He kept in touch so we would have an idea of how his schedule was progressing and when we could expect him. When he was ready to begin he started by giving the deck a thorough power washing and three days later he, his brother Bill and another worker came to apply the stain to our deck and adjoining steps. They first covered nearby areas with plastic to protect the windows, door and siding from getting stained. They then applied two coats of the deck stain. It was all done in just a few hours and the deck looks like new. Their work was meticulous, not a spot was left undone. We will look forward to working with Bob and Bill again on future painting projects.

Bob and his brother were very professional and did a great job. They came to the job on time and began by taking the plastic and placing it all over the aluminum siding so that their was no over spray on the walls. He covered all the concrete underneath the deck and began to spray. They did a wonderful job, my deck was very tedious because of all the wood spindles. The deck looks refreshed and like brand new.

The experience was amazing from first contact and estimate up through completion of the task. Bob came for the initial estimate, and followed up shortly thereafter with an e-mail describing all of the work to be performed together with the cost of labor and materials. As the time frame approached in which the work was to be done, Bob kept in touch with us, and even adjusted his schedule so that the work could be done at a time which was best suited to our needs. The work was done in a meticulous fashion, with care being taken to protect the siding, doors, and windows from spattering as the stain was being applied. Bob even performed a bit of extra power washing to a portion of the gutter area of our home while working on the deck at no extra expense to us. On the day of staining both Bob and his brother Bill performed the work, and did an absolutely phenomenal job. Our deck was approximately 6 years old, and had weathered to a grey color which we found totally unattractive. The deck now looks better than when it was brand new, with a beautiful cedar-tinted stain which is extremely attractive. We're so proud of the look of our deck that we're inviting everyone we know to stop over and take a look! We feel so fortunate to have found Robert White Painting and Power Washing on Angie's List, and would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing painting, staining, or power washing services.

Great communication. Bob emailed me at each stage of project. When it rained, he let me know he was not coming. Very professional. One of the best contractors I have ever had . I would definitly recommend him. I would use him again. As a a matter of fact, I have already hired him to do my inside sunroom.

All went great. Robert showed up when he said he would. Walked around the house and described to me what would be done, and how well certain areas would or wouldn't clean up. I felt he was very honest, professional, and trustworthy. Robert kept in touch while fitting me into his schedule. Job was completed as scheduled. An excellent job! Compared with how it looked when they started, I was thrilled with the results. There were a couple of little spots that were left, but I was truly pleased. Then a month later I received a call from Robert White. He told me that he had stopped by the house and checked the roof and felt the garage roof needed one more treatment. Since it was too close to winter to do it, he said he would contact me in the Spring and would give it another treatment. He also said there would be no additional cost. I almost forgot. I have a storage shed the size of a single car garage. When Robert White arrived to start the job, I asked if he would have time to include the roof on the storage shed. He said that it would not be a problem. When I asked him how much more the bill would be........he said there would be no additional charge. I can't say enough about Robert White and his company. They were very careful when they were treating the roof, and they truly care about the outcome of their work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get their roof cleaned. He will do an excellent job for you.

Robert White and his brother Bill painted the entire interior of my home in Dec 2013. From the outset, my experience with this service provider was outstanding. Bob White responded quickly to my request for a quote on his website. Once awarded the contract, he set a start date that he adhered to. He was considerate of my schedule and needs during the project - always on time, professional, and very accommodating - going above and beyond to assist me so that the job was completed in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work performed, and have had a number of visitors who concurred with my evaluation of the job. Robert and his 2 brothers washed our roof and siding on August 15, 2013. They were actually a little earlier than our scheduled time. They were very polite and professional. They were careful of the new plantings we had near the house. Bob explained everything they would be doing even though he had been very thorough when he came earlier for the estimate. The siding looks like new and the roof really shows the difference between our house and the neighbors. He was also willing to negotiate with me on the original price quote to make it more competitive with the other quotes I had obtained. I would definitely hire Bob and his brothers again.

They did a great job - the house was in desperate need of power washing and it looks so much better. Robert was very available/ communicative with us the whole time - he met us for the quote, did the work, and checked back in with us afterwards. We are very pleased.

Robert and his brother performed the pressure washing of the entire house. He fully explained the job he would do, including chemicals and their purpose and different options I had. He and his brother were very courteous, professional and timely.

Service was outstanding. This is a family owned business. The owner Robert White and his brother did all the work. They both were very professional & courteous. They said they would be at my house between 8:30am & 9:00 am. Were at my house at 8:30. They worked continuously until the job was done. Both houses look great. All the mold was removed from the siding, the gutters and white railings look brand new. These houses were cleaned by me more than 10 years ago so they were really dirty. WOW what a difference. They are coming back in Sept to paint windows & put a preservative on the decks. I would definitively recommend them to others.

Bob runs a very professional service. Experience shows - they really know what they're doing. Through all the rain we had this spring and through June, he kept me fully informed regarding the weather delays and when the staining would be done. Was very careful not to stain on some sunny mornings because of rain forecase for the afternoon - Deckover is slow drying. The deck was in fairly rough shape. Their site preparation was extremely thorough which I'm sure will lead to better performance in the long run. They were very careful with our plants around the walkways and deck. The vertical staining was done with a sprayer and the horizontal surfaces were covered with Deckover using a brush applicator. Deckover is very thick and must be applied carefully and can't be rushed. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Their application of Deckover makes the deck look almost new. I'm extremely happy we selected them for the job.

Bill came to look at the scope of the job and gave me an estimate for power washing the house. I thought the price was reasonable. As we looked around the property he mentioned that for a modest additional charge he could also wash my patio which included an area surrounding the pool. After checking him out on Angie's list I called to confirm the job. Since my pool was not yet open he agreed to wait until the entire area was available. He, and his partner, arrived as scheduled this morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. The job was professionally completed and my wife and I are quite pleased. While we discussed the job he mentioned that I might want to consider washing and sealing the roof. He gave me a quote on that job. After completing today's job he told me that now that he had examined the roof more closely and did not believe the roof had enough remaining life to make sealing it economically advisable. Character!
