Vote Remodeling

Made an appointment with Vote Remodeling based on recommendation from a friend. After the initial appointment he was to provide an estimate in a week. Did not receive estimate after a week. Over the next two weeks, I made two follow-up texts to try and get the estimate. He responded to the first text but never responded to the second. Therefore, I assumed he did not want our business and moved on. I was pretty disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the amount of time I wasted waiting for him to return the estimate. Even if I got an estimate, I would doubt his ability to perform the job in a timely and reliable manner.

He was punctual the day he came to do the quote. The gentleman told me he would send a quote in a week. When I didn't get it, I called and he stated he would send it that night however he did not and we never heard from the company again.

He did a really good job. He managed the job really well. He got his sons in and out when he said he would. He did all the carpentry himself. He came right in on budget with his estimate.

Project was done on time, and it included several changes that the builder did without question. They exceeded all of our expectations, and we are planning to use Vote for additional work in the future. Andrew, the company owner, was just great to work with, especially with some of our mid-course changes.

Vote Remodeling was wonderful to work with throughout our bathroom remodel. We knew that this was not going to be a small project and that we would have to seek help. I contracted Andrew and he promptly came to my house to assess the project and then provided an estimate within a few weeks (we weren't in a hurry to get started). He also recommended other companies that I could work with to help guide me in selecting fixtures, cabinets, tile, etc. The project lasted approximately two months and we are thrilled with the final product! We received multiple quotes and found Andrew's to be very reasonable. Andrew was easy to work with throughout the project and was ALWAYS willing to make changes (even if it meant a bit of rework), to meet our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vote Remodeling in the future.

Andrew was very professional and polite. However, he never followed up with a quote/estimate. I emailed him through Angie's list one time and did not get a response. Very disappointing to have a company not follow up or return email.

Andrew arrived and after inspecting the shower agreed that the most economical and efficient way to deal with the problem would be to re-grout the shower. He was very courteous and honest and I appreciated his honesty.

Called Vote to have them come out and give me an estimate for a complete bathroom remodel. Their representative arrived and they were very courteous and seemed to understand the scope of the job. Promised to give me a quote within a week, but despite repeated phone calls to them and promises of a quote in writing, never received a quote and never heard back, so obviously did not hire.

Andrew was flexible in providing estimates for a series of potential jobs we wanted to complete. At this time we chose only a small job - adding a closet to a bedroom. Although communication was sometimes slow before the project began, once the job began his communication was good about the timeline for subcontractors that would be in for drywall, painting, etc. We were very pleased by the work - it looks like the closet has always been part of the house.

Andrew Vote met me for an estimate, and he pointed out some moisture issues that I may have in my garage, which I addressed. I was very thankful that he had the knowledge to identify that as a potential problem with the job. Andrew did an incredible job with the room. He was able to figure out a way to bring HVAC down to this new room, which other contracting companies basically said could not be done. The drywalling was flawless -- I could not see any seams at all. Andrew was very responsive to all of my text messages, and cleaned up after himself as well. And on the last day, when we did the walk-through, I noticed a problem in an unrelated area of my condo, and he went out to his truck, came back with some tools, and fixed the problem right in front of me in about 5 minutes. That's going the extra mile! I can't say enough about how happy I am with this job.

Hope Remodeling is AWESOME! Andrew and Steven are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and do great work. The work was well-coordinated at each stage, and communication was very good. At the end of each day they cleaned up well. We are extremely happy with the new bathroom.

I could not be more pleased with the work. The team is excellent. Timely. VERY high quality work and craftmanship. Projects were completed on time and a according to our agreed upon schedule. Prices were as quoted and all add ons were dicussed. These projects can get long and be painful - this experience was not. The crew cleans up every day. I am not done with the house - there are more projects to follow and Hope will continue to be my partner in the process. Thanks guys for the great work. I get MANY complements on our projects.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC GROUP TO WORK WITH. CLEAN, ON-TIME, GREAT COMMUNICATION, AND EACH PERSON VERY SKILLED IN WHAT THEY DID. DEFINITELY A GROUP TO WORK WITH!

This was a two day projext and they left the site clean and neat both days. I would certainly consider Hope for any future interior/exterior projects.

Technician arrived on time. Completed the work as scheduled. Competitively priced compared to other bids received.

I was impressed with Hope Remodeling's response time and professionalism. They scheduled a quote quickly and showed up right on time. I was very happy with their willingness to work with us and flexibility. They listened to our needs and were willing to work with us to meet htem. We found a different contractor that was a better fit for us, but I will keep them in mind for future projects. They are definitely worth a call.
