VIPER CONSTRUCTION

He was horrible. He stressed our family out to the point where I thought we were going to court just to get rid of the situation. We never contacted him again because he would never answer our calls. I'm a real estate agent and I tell everyone I know, including neighbors and other contractors...and now Angie's List.

The work was not completed on time as quoted and several weeks after the ''completion date'' I was told that the window screens no longer fit and would have to be replaced. Viper said that this was ''unforseen'' and not included in the cost, they would purchase new screens and install them. This never happened. When I would call to inquire upon the status of the new screens either my calls were not returned or I was told that the screens were ''on order.'' Sometimes I was told that the screens were expected on a particular day and that the workman would be out the following week. By March it became evident that the company had no intention of living up to their obligation and I hired another company to replace the screens at an additional cost to me of $481.20. I than subsequently sent VIPER the bill for $218.58 (I owed them $262.58 for some other repairs). I never received a reply. I found working with this company to be very disappointing and caution others not to use.
