They responded quickly to our call, came out and then sent the estimate by email. We accepted their bid and they gave us a date as to when they could do the work. They came on time and did an outstanding job. They did quality work, cleaned up well and left us with a lovely new drive and walkway.

Excellent workmanship and timeliness

Overall it went very well. Van Sr. is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and professional. There was some unforeseen concerns with the porch tear out....but Van Sr. agreed to do some additional reinforcing as was necessary (due to improper house build issues). A huge concern for me was that it maintained its slope for proper drainage. Recent torrential rains confirmed that we had nothing to worry about.

Van Crosier did a great job replacing my front porch and sidewalk. The crew was very professional and Van worked with me to make sure I was happy with the placement and curve of the sidewalk before he began pouring. The standard broom-finish and cuts look great and the extra cuts on the porch look decorative. I would highly recommend them. Because the job was agreed to late in the fall, it was necessary to be flexible as to when it would be completed due to the weather. Van Crosier came out during a break in the weather in February and completed the job in 2 days.

The whole team was very kind. They sent me the estimate and job description in detail to my email. I was very impressed. They took a minutes to answer my questions and put the sod back after the service. They went above and beyond and are very personable.

Excellent!! We are so pleased with the patio. The level of customer service and quality of work surpassed our expectations. Van was absolutely fabulous. He did an excellent job with the modifications of the patio and the grading of the yard. I will definitely contact you in the future for any concrete projects.

It went perfect and very fast service. They made recommendations on how best to layout the new area to make it easier to back a trailer into it. They excavated the area and had to be careful of buried lines that were not put in the ground the correct depth. The concrete was butted up against our house and existing driveway so that it looks like it was always designed that way. They took advantage of a few good days of weather and completed the project faster then originally estimated. All contact was fast and I would highly recommend them to anyone needed concrete work.

It went great! I was really impressed by the thoroughness of their quote. It actually line itemed what they would be doing instead of just a price and sign here like many others would do. We decided to hold off on the job for a little while but we would definitely feel comfortable hiring Van Croshier when the time is right.

Since it was October of 2013 they were not able to seal it as well as they would have liked and offered to come back in nicer weather so since then we have called to no avail. We hadn't given up and gave their number to several neighbors with a great referral. Since then we have had no success by email or voicemail to have our driveway resealed which seemed so uncharacteristic that until Angie's list came out we thought they went out of business

The Croshier's were great to do business with. They were prompt, polite, their estimate was spot on and the work was done in line with the timelines they outlined. The work was also high quality and they also stopped by 2x to ensure the curing process was going as expected. Their work exceeded our expectations.

Van Jr and his crew did an excellent job for us. Not only did they complete the driveway extension, but also fixed up a couple of other cracks and holes in our drive, going above and beyond. I also appreciated their attention to detail, as it pertained to cleaning up the area after each day. I would highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this company. They were excellent all around! I enjoyed talking with them when they were here working and seeing the process. After attempting to get multiple estimates I knew I had found the right company with them. They had a good price but they also took the time to really discuss the project and how they could make the driveway work better. They cared. They kept in contact with me thru the scheduling process and I knew what to expect. They showed up exactly when they said they would. My driveway looks great and I know it will last. I would hire them again easily.

The crew was very polite, timely, friendly and professional. They do know what they are talking about. They did a great job on the project and even gave ideas on how to place the front sidewalk. The driveway looks great and the new sidewalk looks better than what was there previous. The front walk to the house now adds so much to the curb appeal. They showed up when they said and they were accommodating when I had to reschedule a week before they were to start. Would definitely recommend and would use again. My whole experience with Van Croshier Concrete has been great. They got back to me with an estimate quickly. The workers were very friendly and got the work done quickly. Our driveway looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for future projects.

I contacted this contractor via Angie's list. I described what I wanted done ( driveway bump-out extension). He told me that he's familiar with the work and at the top of his head, it would be approx. $1200.00. He asked me to take some measurements and call him back. I called back 10 minutes later and left a message. I called back a week later and left another message asking him to call me back whether he wanted the job or not so I would know to move on. He never contacted me. Very disappointing because he sounded like he knew what he was doing. if He was too busy to do the job, he should've just said so.

They were fantastic to work with, from the first appointment and the estimate, to the finished product. They gave great suggestions for the design and color. Their attention to detail was impressive. The patio was poured at the time that my crabapple tree was dropping its blossoms, and they used a leaf blower to keep the blossoms off the concrete as it started to set, to prevent any imperfections. They gave detailed, helpful instructions afterwards so that I can keep it looking beautiful for years to come. The finished patio transformed my yard. The dogs love it, too!

All crew members were professional and neat. Tearing out the front porch was a bigger challenge than anyone expected but they made sure the job got done right and didn't leave the job until finished. We added on the city sidewalks after the estimate was already done but they came back out the 2nd time to re-estimate the job and did not complain. We would definitely use again. This is a family business. The son who supervised the job cared about the family reputation for quality.

We selected them not only because of their high ratings on your list, and their price, but because of the detail of their estimate. They were the only bidder that pointed out that a permit was required and would take care of obtaining it. Also they would take care of calling 811 to get the utilities marked. Also, Vicki Croshier also answered several questions of ours via e-mails. When the crew showed up to start the project, Van Croshier (The owners son) explained exactly what they would be doing. He also kept us up to date as to the status of the project. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. We would recommend them to everyone.

Everything went great. They told us what to expect and it all went according to plan. We are very happy with our driveway and walkway.
