Description of Work: Removed asphalt driveway and concrete walk and porch to house. Replaced driveway with concrete and side walk and porch to house with exposed aggregate. They were very good with communicating start/finish dates and letting us know when and why any delays occurred. We had a couple of days delayed due to rain. Overall, they are a very responsive company to work with. Everything looks great.

Description of Work: My front porch, sidewalk and driveway were torn out and replaced. The porch and sidewalk and about 4' of the driveway are stamped to look more like brick. I also added a brown color to the concrete, which looks very nice. The work was done professionally, according to the estimate and our discussions. I am pleased with the transformation to the front of my home.

Description of Work: Communication was tricky with this provider. I called a few times before getting a call back but finally did. I need a quote and insight as to why I had the concrete issues in first place. I think they know their stuff and would have provided good work. I won't be using them because communication was spotty from the start. They have a $2,000.00 minimum.

Description of Work: I messaged ( on Angies list ) them with dates I was available and they messaged me back with an appointment time that I had just said I could not do. So then I called and they set up a time for a couple of days later. At the time they were supposed to be here, they called and said they were just leaving downtown Indy and it would be 45 minutes. That was not going to work for me so they said they would call me later that day to reschedule once they were back at the office and to date, I have yet to hear from them. |

Description of Work: You might want to put in your description that you have a $2,000 job minimum, and that you apparently you won't make small repairs if they don't meet that requirement. I assume tearing out our whole 8 by 15 foot porch as the lady on the phone suggested would be expensive and more than I wanted to spend on what should be a repair. Her response, "what's expensive to some isn't expensive to others." And following that with the stated minimum of $2,000. According to her, they do driveways, not sidewalk repairs or $300 jobs. Good to know, but your description is misleading, and your service representative was less than graceful, and dare I say rude.

Description of Work: removed old gravel driveway and poured new (22' x 65'), quality of work was very good, Vancroshiers and their crew were very prompt and professional, driveway looks great, would definitely use them again, their quote was the the middle of 5 quotes that ranged from $3900.00 to $9500.00

WE CHOSE VAN CROSHIER OVER A LOWER BID BASED ON SOME FEEDBACK FROM THE CITY INSPECTORS WHO HAD TO APPROVE THE PROJECT DUE TO A CITY SEWER PIPE RUNNING THROUGH OUR PROPERTY NEXT TO OUR DRIVEWAY. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO A COUPLE OF NEIGHBORS WHO HAVE SEEN OUR DRIVEWAY AND ASKED FOR A RECOMMENDATION.
Description of Work: TORE OUT OUR OLD ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND POURED A NEW CONCRETE DRIVEWAY. THE WORK INCLUDED ADDING AN ADDITION 6 FEET OF LENGTH.
