It went fine. They were very detailed in their estimate, to the point of explaining how they'd re-route my gutter drains. They worked with me to schedule around my other home remodeling projects. They were courteous and responsive by email and phone. He even offered to carve out a section for my son to put his name (other) in the new concrete- very friendly! The price was competitive with other bids I got.

Having worked with a number of service providers over the years, I would say that Van Croshier was one of my all-time favorites. They were punctual to quote, flexible throughout the project and the driveway was completed on-time. The job site was cleaned up each day. Notably, Van Croshier only asked for a modest increase in the quote which was due to an unexpected zoning requirement. We thought this was fair. Besides, the project required more aggregate and ultimately resulted in more square footage of driveway and no additional funding was requested. Little Van (son of the owners) lead the construction and has a very calming demeanor stating on more than one occasion "we will make it right". The prints were complex and there were some details on the prints that he recommended against based upon experience, so it was important to check on progress every day. It was a pleasure and several months later the drainage off the driveway is flawless.

Project was done in two phases. Van and Vicki worked hard to schedule job to meet requirements of a home tour. Entire project done very well. Crew on site for a total of about 10 days; large job. High attention to detail with exceptional results. Family business and crew has been with them for a long time. Clean up and care was great. Job was not inexpensive but you always get what you pay for. I had three quotes and Croshier was best for what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this provider from beginning to end. It is a family owned business which was recommended by a friend. The owner and his wife both came to look at the job and give me an estimate. Their son supervised the work. They completed the job ahead of schedule and did beautiful work blending the edges of the new steps without disturbing the old stone wall at the sides.

The guys are amazing! They have worked so hard. They were always in time like it was promised. All the work has been organised very well. They caught everything I wanted them to change in the shape of the front area and driveway, moreover they suggested pretty nice option to design it. I absolutely love my new driveway! I could not have asked for better customer service from the time of initial contact to the end of the job. Van and Vicki quoted the job and instead of providing me with a long contract stating what they are not responsible for, they stated very clearly what they would do and then went beyond to ensure an excellent job. Van Jr. stepped up and made sure the driveway was completed in a professional manor to the point of perfection. He pays attention to detail and I could not be happier. He replaced cracked sidewalk at no additional cost and 3 sprinkler heads that were leaking. They are very careful with sprinkler system and surrounding property. Since completion, people driving and walking by always comment on the excellent job. Today is Halloween and I cannot count the number of compliments on my new driveway. They sealed the walk from the driveway to my front door and picked up the exact sealer I used two years ago from PPG Paint. Van Jr. approaches his work with a sense of pride, which is exactly what you want when spending larger sums of money. Van Croshier Concrete is hands down the best there is. I talked to two other contractors and I compared completed jobs. There is simply no comparison, including communication and quality of work. The entire crew is professional and friendly and they work very well together. When work is complete they clean up and talk with you to make sure all is well and that you are satisfied. Amazing. They worked with me, as I had a 2-3 month gap where I couldn't have the work done, and they were great to schedule the work when I was ready. Got it all done in 1 day and came back to clean up the area and went well above and beyond to make things look fantastic. The new driveway looks great. Can't say enough good things about Van Jr and his crew. Great guys. Have already recommended them to 3 others on our street looking to have the same work done.

Everything went very well from beginning to end. Started on a Thursday and finished on that Saturday. If we ever need concrete work done again, we will most definitely use Van Croshier.

They did a nice job. To be hones with you, they were a tiny bit more expensive than somebody else we had come give us an estimate but their service was much more personalize. We were actually out of town when they did it. They kept us updated on the progress. It was worth the additional money.

Van Sr was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the planning process. Van Jr and his crew were efficient, polite and professional. Vicki researched and obtained all the required city permits. They thoroughly explained everything throughout the entire process. It all looks great! We couldn't be happier.

They patiently worked with us through several iterations of the scope of work. The crew amazing completed the job in 4 days. There was a minor problem with a drainage tile under the sidewalk that the crew repaired and replaced. Van suggested that our original plans for a parking area may not have curb appeal, so he re-designed a nice curved extension that looks fabulous. Since the arched portion of the driveway side have different radii, they beautifully cut the sections to keep the geometry appealing to the eye. For the stamped sidewalk, it looks gorgeous. Van and his crew definitely have pride of workmanship and are great craftsmen.
