Description of Work: Called to obtain quote for replacement deck. Returned call promptly, scheduled the appt. around my schedule. Offered many ideas on the replacement, took great strides to explain differences in wood types, options with the project. We live off of a large lake so dampness is a consideration. Quote was completed as promised complete with drawings, multiple photos of our current deck, screened porch. We ultimately decided to go with a family friend who is an independent contractor but would call this company again.
