Description of Work: They built a deck for us and it looked wonderful. They gave us a preliminary basic design of the deck which was then modified by my husband. I would say that we're very picky customers and he was very open to our suggestions. He was willing to accommodate our requests and we're very pleased with the final results. Troy is definitely very knowledgeable and easy to work with, a true professional in our mind.

Description of Work: They tore out my old deck and built a new one for me with some slight modifications from the old deck's design. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I was completely satisfied. They did a complete clean up afterwards too.

Description of Work: I need deck work done. I was playing telephone tag with them so my last call I left a message indicating what I needed done requesting they get back with me advising if they did this type of work. I gave them my cell phone number too. I never heard back so apparently they were not interested.

Description of Work: We had a custom desk designed and priced for us. It was wonderful and the price was pretty good. The only problem was that they are sooo good that we couldn't get the job scheduled until late last summer and we wanted it by mid July.

He projected a total of five business days to complete the project and, although it rained, he completed the deck on time. Troy and workers kept our yard very nice with no trash anywhere to be seen. We love our new deck!!
Description of Work: Troy built a 417 square foot deck onto the back of our house. He used high quality cedar wood, hand selected by Troy. Included on the deck was a 6' by 12' arbor. The arbor has twenty pieces of stained glass around the top of the arbor. The railing has black spindles with nickel post caps.

Description of Work: I had Troy add a composite deck on top of an ugly concrete patio. It included building four steps and handrail. One edge of the deck was curved with a step down to another level.

+ 0 moreThey are a family owned business and their workmanship was excellent. They were never late, very professional, neat, and easy to be around. They tore down the old deck in a reasonable time frame and never missed a step. They talked over decisions with us and made helpful suggestions and gave reasons why certain ways of doing things would be beneficial. We will have them come back in the spring and do more work. We paid a down payment and paid the remainder after the job was done and the price was to the penny of the estimate.

Description of Work: Rear patio is 4x8, too small for use. Hired contractor to enclose with windows, and insulate. Builder did excellent work. I am completely satisfied with results. Weather delayed work about 2 weeks.

He is always booked and we had to wait almost two months to get into his schedule. He's also difficult to get a hold of, but he was worth the trouble. He built our deck in two days. We are very happy with his work.
Description of Work: Troy came out and gave us an estimate and 2 custom designs for a deck. We were very impressed with his designs, but they were out of our budget. We called him and informed him of our budget and he came up with 2 more designs within our budget.

ALL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED CLEARLY. I GIVE TROY VERY HIGH MARKS AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: TWO PROJECTS WERE COMPLETED. ONE WAS THE BUILDING OF A STORAGE SHED. THE SHED WAS 12 X 14. THE SECOND WAS THE BUILDING OF A DECK. THE DECK WAS 10 X 16. THE DECK INCLUDED RAILINGS AND A TRELLIS WALL. THE DECK WAS SOMEWHAT UNUSUAL BECAUSE OF ITS LOCATION. IT WAS OFF A BEDROOM AND THE BEDROOM WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR. FEW BUILDERS OF DECKS WILL WORK THAT HIGH.
