It was good. It took about 30 to 45 minutes. It was smooth. They are easy to deal with and the people are nice. The installation was very quiet. Nice, clean, fast, simple.

They have a great turn around time. It took under 3 weeks to get the product and install. I have a thirty day closing timeline and it ahead of time. It looks seamless.

It went really well, they made everything very easy. Everything looks like it was installed well.

It was an excellent service. They were really great. We have used them previously so that is why we called them again. They were scheduled for 9:00 am and I received a call at 8:45 am telling me that they would be late. I appreciated that they informed me and kept me updated. They removed the window carefully and reinstalled the glass so well that no touch ups are needed. I will use them again in the future if needed.

The estimator and the installers arrived at the promised times and the work was completed as promised. I thought the cost was a little high but the good reviews persuaded me. My experience was also good

they found an additional window that needed replacement that a previous estimate didn't see.

Although their description listed exactly what we need--restoration of wood windows--the representative told me that they do not do restorations or replace panes of glass. They specialize in new replacement windows. I strongly encourage them to update their description, both on Angie's List and their website, to reflect their actual business. Note that I entered a letter grade only because Angie's List will not allow me to post this review without it. The grade is relatively meaningless, but the content should be useful to many others.

The guy who did the caulking did not do as good of a job as when I used them in the past. There were some gaps.

Estimator (Mitchel) arrived on time and was very personable. He examined the broken window, make measurements and provided the quote. The glass was ordered, and about two weeks later, I received a call to schedule the install. The installers arrived and replaced the window. The was a great experience and I would certainly use The Glass Guru again - I highly recommend them.

Glass Guru did an amazing job in restoring my wood windows. I had a large amount of wood rot and several of my windows had fogged up. They were so proffesional and did an amazing job. When the work was finished the windows looked amazing. I am very happy with the work they did.
