The process went smoothly and efficiently. Installers arrived on time and finished the work in the time frame promised.

We had three windows that needed repairing - two were foggy and one was cracked. Called Glass Guru and made an appointment. The sales person was on time, gave us an estimate and we ordered the glass. Only the glass needed to be repaired...........when the glass came in, we set an install date. The workers were prompt and did their job quickly and efficiently! We now have windows that aren't foggy! Would definitely hire them again.

They showed up when they said they would. The first piece of glass was broken in transit but they expedited another piece and kept me informed the entire time. I always got phone call reminders of my appointments and the technician always called before he started driving to my house.

It went very well. The initial estimator did a good job explaining the process. The glass was ordered and installed in the estimated timeframe. Overall, less than half the cost of replacing full windows. Definitely a better solution!

This was not a quick process. When the job was quoted we were told 6-8 weeks to fabricate windows. Install was 9 weeks later. The work was done well and the install crew was great. We are having Glass Guru do additional work.

It took about 3 months after the windows were ordered to get the call to set up installation. However, I was in no hurry as the existing windows were still air tight. On the day of installation the installer was on time, put down tarps to protect floors and worked quickly. At one point he had to make a slight adjustment to fit a window in and he made sure the bare wood was primed before installing the window. The finished window matched existing windows. I can not tell about the long term quality of the glass seal and the wood as the windows have only been in for about a week. On the second separate project it only took about 5 days to get the window pane. A different installer came but he was again on time and worked quickly.

Perfect! Great company, salesman Mike was very good! The final product both windows were perfect! Instalation was done by Tom and Dave both were professional, considerate of our home, did a great job and cleaned up each area they worked in. I had phone conversations with Penny and Beth for the original sales call, scheduling of the window maker Mitchel who came to verify all measurements, and of course the final install. Everything went well from start to finish. I will use them for any other window or glass needs at our home.

Excellent. They really do great work. I have used another company to replace or repair rotted wood, and Glass Guru was so much better! Great attention to detail.

Before I had The Glass Guru do the work, I looked up some of their references and also check out the company that actually made the doors. Both had superior reviews. From the estimate on the cost , to the actual installment; l could not have been more pleased. Definitely a well origanized company.

I got new windows and I love them. It's great to be able to see outside. The crew was so nice . It was very affordable.

It had to be special ordered and when they received it, they quickly installed our new window.

The estimator arrived on time and capably made the estimate. I paid half up front. A month or so passed and no return call. Finally I called them and they explained they were still hunting for some needed parts no longer manufactured. After several more weeks, I called again and canceled the part of the service requiring the small parts no longer available. They then scheduled a repair date and arrived on time (2 people) and made the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. Were two people needed? This business is a franchise and I have used them once before and was pleased with the quality. The cost is high. The alternative is to replace the whole windows.

They were great came out right away and took care of the job quickly and professionally

I have used Glass Guru twice and I'll will be using their services again soon. They did an excellent job cutting templates for glass tops on oddly shaped tables. Mirrors and glass were measured and hung properly, and their guys were prompt and professional. I had a slight "sticker shock" but Glass Guru has turned out to be worth every penny!

Everything was great. From the very first phone call with Helen, to Mitchel coming out and given me a estimate and explained what was going on with my windows, to the install with Tom and Dave. Very friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again, and have already recommended them to friends.

Estimator and repair technician were both on time, well groomed, friendly, polite and efficient. The work was being done as a result of a home inspection and completion was required before closing. Work was completed in a timely manner and repairs were well done.
