I spent about $300 on the job. I was happy with the job. They were professional and friendly. There was an issue with their responsiveness, but it was just a one-time issue. I will not hold it against them. I may use them again in the future if I have the same issue.

The company was able to come to the house within days of contact to give an estimate for the work. The gentleman arrived on time to take measurments. He was clean, friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and said that it would take a couple of weeks for the window to arrive. Two weeks later the window was available for installation and installed days later. After installation I noticed that the window was not staying open completely. I called and he knew immediately what the problem was. They ordered the part and it was replaced a couple of weeks later. Overall I was very happy with their service and will use them in the future.

The work man was cheerful and professional. He removed the shattered glass in a controled fashion without a mess. The replacement window is perfect and looks like it has always been there. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the end product.

Steve and Mike installed the windows. My husband is quite particilar and he couldn't be there. After seeing the finished product, he said he wished he could have been there to see them do the work because it was so great. They were very friendly, easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. They did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

For a while I'd been noticing streak marks inside one of our windows. We have low-E windows so I was concerned what effect this may have on our energy bills. I called The Glass Guru North Indianapolis and from that point on, the service we received was above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and answered all questions. The service technician was as professional and very informative about windows. I would highly recommend this group to anyone!
