Great, they came out to do measurement and estimate, there sales person was very nice. I placed the order to do a set to test them out. Waited maybe 2-3 weeks for glass to come in and then scheduled the following week for install. really no hassles at all. Tech came and installed the windows and did a great job. I was impressed so I have ordered other windows as well as use them on clients homes or had client s call them. I am a real-estate Broker and owner of my own company. Glass Guru sends me emails all the time and I finally got the chance to use them. I can say I am a big fan of keeping what you got (meaning not replacing a perfectly good window frame just because the glass is bad). It was a less money then having the windows replaced all together and less mess and time I am sure. Will use them again.

Repaired the windows instead. This worked out very well. Alleviates the fog on the windows and a 10-Year Warranty as well.

It went great they were on time and finished on time

The service was very good, except that the original estimate ended up being only about 1/3 of the final cost. The window had been "quoted incorrectly" and since I was putting my home on the market, I still needed to complete the work. I do not think this error was manipulative or intentional, but it was a big mistake. Still, their service was really good overall, so I would still recommend them as well as use them again.

This company was professional and helpful, scheduling was easy and all went as planned. The sales man made a promise to email me an additional quote for a bay window as discussed, which didn't actually happen hence the "B" for responsiveness but other than that all went GREAT! I'll definitely use this company again in the future as needed and highly recommend. Thank you!!

They did a pretty good job. It took them about a half day to do the work. They came back and fixed something that needed to be done -- they responded to that pretty well too.

Things went very well. They provided an estimate at no charge. They were not the least expensive but by far the most professional. All services were on time and professionally handled. The installation of the glass was done quickly and perfectly. We would recommend this company and we would not hesitate to use them again

We used Glass Guru on a couple different window jobs we had and were very happy with their service, pricing and follow through with what they promised to do. We will only use them for our future window needs!

He no showed for appointment , no call

I was very happy when I first started working with Glass Guru. They were very responsive and quickly setup an appointment for an inspection and quote. This is where the bait and switch began. First, the contractor breezed through the inspection as if every issue was a forgone conclusion. When the contractor started going over pricing, the price was higher than the amount I was originally quoted over the phone. This was fine, I know issues can come up during inspections that change pricing. When I asked what caused the higher price, I was informed that they wanted to install custom doors(not standard sized doors). When I asked how he could know this without measuring the doors, he responded that he couldn't and that a measurement would cost $50. What is the point of doing an inspection if you are not going to measure the doors? When I voiced my extreme displeasure that Glass Guru was not measuring the doors, he haphazardly threw his tape measure up and told me they were probably standard sized. No sincerity at all. As a home buyer, I was working on a tight deadline to have a quote prior to closing. Glass Guru knew this in the beginning and completely wasted my time. Dealing with Glass Guru in person is brutal. I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

Had a wait a couple of days to hear from them, but after that everything went well. When glass arrived, replacement was done quickly and everything was left as it was found.

The technician was very helpful and honest in saying that his company could not perform the desired service.

It was a very good experience and the guy that came out Mark was very nice. We have decided to go with another company as we found a lower price. He was professional and he did a very good job.

When I brought the glass in (from the other end table) I was told that it would take about two weeks to get the new glass top since it had to be sent to a sub-contractor. It was ready in about 8 days, which we really appreciated since we were hosting a family get together on Easter. The glass top looks just like its replacement and the price was reasonable.

They came out and looked at our windows however they weren’t able to fix the problems we have so I was unable to use the deal. He was however, very professional and knew what he was doing. I would trust him to work on my windows, but unfortunately he was unable to help me.

After assessing this job to repair a defective sliding glass door, the company's admin called and e-mailed a recommendation made by the man who made the assessment that it would be less expensive and more energy efficient to replace the existing door with a new one. The company then scheduled a second house visit to measure for a new door and gave us choices of various doors at different price points. Once we selected the door we wanted, they made the order and gave us a 6-week window for delivery. When the door arrived, the company called to schedule the job of removing the existing door and installing its replacement. We are very pleased with the new sliding glass door that we selected and the workmanship.. The only issue that I have related to this particular job is the length of time we had to wait for the workmen to take measurements and install the door. I am pleased with the customer relations of the company and the professionalism of its employees from the office manager and scheduler to the workers who did the work. In addition, that there was no problem in applying the downpayment we made to repair the door to the purchase of a new door. We used the services of this company twice this year and have been pleased with their work in both cases.

I was pleased with the work done by The Glass Guru. Everyone was very friendly. I had originally scheduled the repair on a Friday, but was contacted the day before to reschedule to the following Monday as I was told they would be working on another job that would have overlapped with my original appointment. Other than the annoyance of having to reschedule and move my work schedule, I was extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely use them again in the future.

My experience went well. The staff was friendly and professional while visiting. The pricing was competitive. I would recommend this company to others.
