Needed to get windows replaced to get ready to put house on market to sell. Thought I would have to replace entire window units, but came across Glass Guru's info about just replacing the sashes at a much lower cost. Received an estimate on 3/1/16, along with an estimate from another provider. Glass Guru's estimate was much lower, and they provided a 20-year, transferable glass warranty against broken seals. Installation work wasn't done until 3/31/16 due to need to wait for glass to come in. Brian and Mike (don't recall their last names) were the installers, and they arrived early in the time frame I was told. They were extremely efficient in getting the work done, and they cleaned the new sashes. I would definitely consider using Glass Guru again if the need arises at a future house.

I bought my house with foggy windows, intending on replacing at a later time. I've dealt with these windows for 8 years and now that it's time to move, I kept an eye on window prices. One day I saw a Glass Guru van and inquired about fixing the windows. Instead of replacing the windows, during my estimate they suggested just replacing the glass and seals as a cheaper alternative . I shopped around and all points, Glass Guru beat the competition or were closely comparable. Through scheduling, payment and installation, everything went great. They were super fast, completing the job early and quickly. My sliding glass door is so clear that I have been mistakenly thinking it's been open when it's closed. Thank you for the fast service.

Everything was great! From the estimate, to the customer service, to the installation. It all went smoothly and the window looks great! I would recommend them if you need any windows replaced!

They installed about six windows for us which they did a very good job for us. One of them we had a little bit of an air leak, it wasn't their window it was the stripping around it but they fixed that for me anyway.

Contacted Glass Guru via their website form, received a call-back the next business morning, and scheduled an on-site quote for the next morning. Mike (the owner) arrived on-time and spent about 30 minutes measuring the project area, writing up the quote & discussing the product. The meeting was very professional and Mike answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Window brand quoted was "Homeguard" (www.home-guard.net) that had nice features and a "lifetime warranty". Quote included installation by his own employees (e.g. no sub-contractors used for installations). Lead-time was estimated at 4-6 weeks, but is expected to increase as the weather improves.

It went great. Glass Guru was able to send someone out within in a week of my call, which worked well with our schedule for the sale of the home. Due to the materials needed and the manufacturer's schedule, the actual replacement took place about 2-3 weeks later. Throughout the process, Glass Guru represented itself well as a customer-service oriented organization. Chip, the estimator, showed up on time and quickly provided an accurate estimate. And the office staff was always helpful in answering my questions and providing accurate timelines. They went above and beyond by providing documentation of the schedule repairs for the new owners (their home inspection took place before the actual repair happened, so having this documentation on hand for the new buyers helped make our home sale process easier. It's been awhile, but I think they were actually able to get the window repair done sooner than expected, which again, made our home sales process much easier. Great customer service, great quality workmanship and overall, a very helpful, friendly and understanding team.

It took two tries to get the size correct, but we were only charged for the correct one.

The Glass Guru arrived promptly to measure the window for the replacement. The window took about a week longer than estimated, but once it arrived, they promptly installed the glass. They were very professional and did excellent work.

Penny, who answers the phone needs multiple classes in customer service. I called for an estimate for window installation and was told she would call me back. After 3 days of not hearing back I called her back. She had an attitiude and gave me the impression that I was interupting her. Needlesstosay - I went with another company who was more than willing to take my money.

Decided not to use this provider for needed service due to price.

The only company that I was able to find to do this type of work. They came exactly as scheduled and performed the work. Removed the window and repaired at their shop. They covered the existing window while it was out.

We had two double hung windows with leakage and moisture between the panes of glass. Glass Guru advertised that they could replace only the glass and leave the rest of the window. When we got the quote, we decided there wasn't a lot of difference between replacing the whole window and just the glass so we replaced both windows. We had wanted to replace a sliding window in another room with two double hung windows so we did that at the same time. Workers were punctual, efficient and neat.

We called them and they came out and gave an estimate. We agreed. They ordered the glass. When it came in, they came out, installed it, cleaned up and were gone. Very efficient. Glad we called them.

They were the best value form my internet based shopping for custom glass products. Custom made to make a new mini bar in family room where an old style (cathode ray) TV had been. We reworked the space to become a bar and the extra bump out space in the very back made a nice place for the mirror with shelves to hold glasses and liquor bottles. The quality was high, the finish touches were perfect and they knew how much weight the glass would hold. The mirror was nice and heavy as well. Very nice and congenial. When part of the order was delayed they stayed late for me to pick up the whole order at the end of the work day. Thinking of using them to make glass shower doors for us too. Would recommend them. Though they seem to be part of a national chain, their local office had the expected Indiana friendliness and customer service orientation.

Had a wood window that had some water damage and rot, came out same day for quote, Repaired within a week, Very good quality repair. Would use again for sure.

They were on-time and quickly figured out exactly what the problem was. They got right to work on the problem, which ended up being really easy. Only complaint is that they still charged me a price that was pre-negotiated based on what was originally assumed to be a more complicated problem. I would call them again. In fact, through a third party, they were hired to do some exterior sash/sill replacement. That job wasn't as fast, but they were equally as professional.

They came out to measure the window. About two weeks later, they came out and replaced the window in about 15-20 minutes. He was courteous, efficient, and the new glass looks great.

I obtained several quotes from various providers. Decided to go with Guru because their quoted price is most competitive. The first time only one worker showed up, but he soon realized it's a two-person job because it's on the 2nd story and had to reschedule. The 2nd time they sent two people and they finished the work quickly. Other than this I feel they have done a nice job and were quite professional. Their price was also reasonable.

They did a great job. Once the measurements were taken it took several weeks to get the actual window but the install went very smoothly.
