The Glass Guru (North)

Description of Work: I had 2 tilt out windows replaced (one was a triple window). Very professional, did a nice job, cleaned-up after themselves. I am very happy with the windows, they look beautiful.

Description of Work: We had a dozen casement windows that needed repair. Mostly wood-rot, some sills, some fogged glass. Glass Guru was the lowest cost bidder. The inspection, quote and sale were accomplished in one visit, which was convenient. The explanation of the work was understandable. A portion of the work was completed off-site but carpentry was done on-site. The finished job meets our expectations. The crew (3 men to start; then 2 men later) was on-time, courteous, diligent and cleaned-up the debris. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks from sale to installation. Work was delayed, however, when a technician became ill. After waiting a couple of weeks longer, the start date was moved back a day due to heavy rain. The crew worked a long day (day 1); but was pulled for another customer on day 2. It took 2 more days to complete the job. I'm happy with the choice we made. I understand that schedules are not always met; just wish we had not experienced the delays. Since the original work was completed, 2 additional windows have developed fogging. Glass Guru will replace those.

Description of Work: re-screen 3 screens the screen not tight and asked that it be tighter they looked at me like I was stupid. I will never re-commend or go back.

Description of Work: Wood windows that the seal has broken. The guru has vented the window instead of having the whole window replaced right now. He told us it would take a couple of weeks to clear up--we shall see what happens. They were very pleasant, professional and timely!

Description of Work: I had two large double-pane windows that fogged up. I contacted three companies. The glass guru not only was half the price of the highest bid but they delivered an exact duplicate of the existing windows. Perfect! The delivery was on time. The delivery guy was very helpful. The hauled off the two bad windows for free.

Description of Work: I called the Glass Guru North and was contacted by Mitch. Mitch was very professional and knew exactly what I was talking about and what I wanted. Other companies said my wood windows and glass could not be repaired. Mitch assured me with references from some of my neighbors that it was possible. Toby and Howard arrived exactly as described. I watched these guys work and it was obvious that they had done this type of thing a thousand times. After completing the job as described along with a few extras they did , at no additional charge I might add, the areas were shop vacuumed and windows cleaned. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!
