This was our first home purchase, and Shannon could not have been more patient or thorough. She displayed her vast knowledge of homes by pointing our things here and there that were good and bad, as well as what was easy to to replace vs. what was more difficult. She did all of this while staying very in-tune with what we were looking for, both budget-wise and style-wise. Incredibly empathetic, punctual, and flexible as well. Cannot recommend enough.

I could see that my home was always near the top for searches. It had 4x the views over the other homes. When dealing with a less-experienced seller's agent on the purchase of our new home, Shannon navigated us through the process as a pro. I would use her again and highly recommend her and her team.

Helped me used my money wisely on what items to repair and what to replace. We replaced carpet but by Shannon's recommendation kept the cabinets and placed knobs and pulls. She helped us find replacement appliances on Craigslist, and kept us informed the entire process. I'm really SHOCKED at how well the process went, especially given the fact that I live 1,000's of miles away. Shannon and her team are TOP NOTCH!!! I would recommend to anyone.

It turned out great. It was really good and it was really personal. When we were purchasing the home, she walked us through every step of the process. I found her through an individual.

Shannon Gilbert promptly replied to our questions , met us at the property, got back to us with paperwork, was available by phone and email.

It took me awhile to prepare my home to Shannon's satisfaction but once the home was listed in October the web site drove a lot of traffic to my home. There was an average of 5 showings a week. We had an offer within in the first couple weeks but it turned out the buyers were only interested in low balling an offer. Shannon recommended I walk away and I was glad I did since we found a better, more cooperative buyer about six weeks later. During the time my home was being shown, we started looking at a number of homes that met my criteria for new a home. It took awhile to find the home I ended up with, but Shannon was always positive no matter how many homes we looked at. She always made me feel that finding the best home possible was as much in goal as mine. She and her business partner Ryan also pitched in to pick up a large TV that got left in my home after the move. That's just one example of the way Shannon is interested in doing everything possible for her clients.

She is VERY knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process.
