Where to begin - Rick (owner) initially came out to look at our space, give us some ideas and assess what would be involved to make everything work. He also brought an employee who has a background in home building to help assess how wiring could be ran. Rick's enthusiasm was awesome and his eye to a space is incredible. He actually suggested putting our projection screen on an opposite wall which works 1000% better based on the room layout. You can tell he gets excited about the work they do. He makes the experience fun and exciting. We agreed on a screen, projector, full surround system and a Harmony Remote to make it easily controllable. Scheduling was easy and the installation team arrived on time and was professional. It was a very difficult install which they were able to tackle and complete to make everything look and sound spectacular. I was blown away. They just don't install electronics, they have to have a knowledge of house construction to run wiring, install outlets, etc. It was impressive watching them come up with an ideal solution under tough circumstances. They stayed later then expected to get the job done and then took time to vacuum, put furniture back and give me a tutorial of the system. It looks amazing, sounds incredible and will be enjoyed for many years. Movies, Sports and Video games will never be the same in our home thanks to Rick and his team. Service was awesome, installation fantastic, and the follow up customer service - great. Overall, I can't recommend Technology Interiors enough. If you want professional in every way, go with this team.

I cannot recommend this company enough. If you're in the market for audio/visual...look no further! We had tried to get a well known company to complete work we had already paid for and after 6 weeks, we got our money back and called Technology Interiors. I spoke with Rick right away and he was at our house within 2 hours to give us a quote. He came in lower in price than the other company and the work was fully completed within a week. We LOVE our new, updated system! Spencer and Isaac were phenomenal to work with during the installation process. Their entire team has been a joy to work with. Fair, honest, on-time, efficient. They have a customer for life. We would never use anyone else for our home audio/visual needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was very happy with how Rick and Technology Interiors operate their business. The owner, Rick, came to my house on a weekend to give me a free estimate and explained all the options I can take to fit my wants. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Although we didn't have much man hours for his company to make the project highly profitable, he treated our project just like any other. Rick was also very flexible by making sure that the Theater seats would be installed before I had my company over on specific date. Also the workers that came over to help install the seats and the projector were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to working with Technology Interiors again on future projects that I may have. Highly recommended.

Amazing. Second time we've used them. I would never use anyone else. They are priced fair and do an amazing job! All the workers are terrific. Highly recommended. They even did some demo and painting to make sure all the details were met.

We had initially reached out to another company and after 2 months could not even receive a quote back. We found Technology Interiors and had a quote back in one day and our entire home done within 3 weeks of our initial phone call. We even had a vacation in the middle of the project that they were able to schedule the install so that we could utilize the new security while we were gone. Service was excellent and would highly recommend them.

Rick and his team are awesome to work with and the best prices you can find. We got 4 bids for our home theater system and not only did Rick come back with the best design for our basement, he was several thousand less than the next closest bid. (half as much as the highest bid AND BETTER) We were skeptical that their price was too good to be true but after checking references we heard nothing but glowing reviews and choose them. We were more than happy with their service, quality and price. We've since had them come back to install technology options in other parts of our house. (iPad controlled lights and wall mounted TV's) Two different of our friends decided to go with Technology Interiors after seeing our basement and in both cases they were extremely happy with the quality and value. Steer clear of the big box stores that will sell you over marketed garbage. Also avoid their competitors that pay huge rent based on their high rent locations. They pass that rent expense on to you. Great company - don't hesitate!

Rick's team is extremely professional. Just as he said, within one day, the work was completed and it was top-notch. Whenever we've since had questions, he's been extraordinarily helpful. I'd recommend Rick to anyone, and I'll use him again if I have the chance.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job installing and updating our home theater system! First, they came out and accessed our current equipment and were able to salvage much of our existing speakers. He recommended a new Sony projector and screen, new sub woofer, and rewired everything to make it all sing. Their techs showed up on time, came in and spent the entire day installing and testing the equipment. They left around 4:30 after a :30 minute tutorial on the new system, which now kicks butt! This is the second project they have done for us and I'll have them back again for an outdoor system this summer.

We just had our basement finished and I wanted a home theater built from scratch. Right before construction started Rick came out quickly on short notice, designed it, and suggested all the top equipment within my budget. After framing was done they came out and did the pre-wiring seamlessly with the process. Once the basement was complete they did an excellent job installing and setting up everything so it was ready to go. It looks and sounds amazing! I highly recommend Technology Interiors and would absolutely use their services again.

I am very pleased with the work from Technology Interiors. We had a projector and surround sound system set up in our basement and another TV mounted on the wall near the bar. Everything was quality from the products to the install. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using Technology Interiors for projects in the future.

The installation went well and they are very professional during the installation. I had strict requirements on the time of day they could start work, due to an infant sleeping, and they accommodated the best they could. There was zero mess when they left and everything they installed worked exactly how I hoped it would. Several days of testing the system and it is clear that this has greatly increased my wifi reliability. I have used these guys in the past several times and will continue to do so in the future. I usually just initially tell them what my expectations are for the project and they make it happen. Their quality of work has not failed me yet and everything they have done for me in the past is still operating with zero issues.

Rick called and cursed me out for choosing Best Buy because they were $2000 on the equipment and $400 on the labor! Because I like Rick, I was going to let him do the install. His salesman reported to Rick that I bought the products at Best Buy. They have rescheduled 3 different times. I have Joe's cell (the salesman) and called and asked the money to be refunded to my credit card. He was charging me for phone calls to him! I called to cancel the install. Then Rick called to say he was charging me $90. His manager, salesman and installation staff are very good at what they do. I want everyone to know what can of crook he is! He is rude, overbearing and insensitive. He is mad because I didn't buy the equipment from him. This is how he treats someone he has known for 15 years, how do you think Rick would treat a new customer? He was very disrespectful and cursed me out! This is how Rick treats a veteran and someone without vision.

Technology Interiors truly surpassed all of my expectations! I needed some audio work in my basement that I’m finishing, and was on a very tight deadline. I spoke with Rick from Technology Interiors (TI) and explained the type of work I needed, and his industry knowledge made it very easy for him to grasp my vision. I received my itemized quote within 24 hours of our conversation and was elated by the reasonably priced estimate. Honestly, I was slightly reluctant. Sometimes a good price and good service doesn’t come as a packaged deal. After getting over my reservations I decided to give TI a chance. They were very accommodating in regards to scheduling and honored my request to install as soon as possible. The gentlemen performing my install provided me with a courtesy call indicating they were in route and arrived right on time. They were very professional and personable, and definitely experts in their craft. I’m not adept in the audio arena and asked tons of questions while they worked. I recall Frank multitasking and answering each question without missing a beat during the install. After learning both installers had been with the company over 10 years and the continuous training they receive to stay up to date; all my concerns were mitigated. I was expecting this to be a 3.5 hour job, and they finished in little over an hour. Frank insisted I listen to the audio and review the set up to ensure it met my expectations. This level of service absolutely blew me away! Amazing companies like Technology Interiors still exist, and definitely altered my perception of serviced-based companies. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Technology Interiors for making my house the best one on the block!

Technology Interiors did a fantastic job, they were punctual and very professional. They completed the job quickly and the work was great quality. Price was great, I would recommend them to everyone and if our office had any other needs we would call them again. I can't say enough great things about them.

I took a lot of time to discuss options with many vendors. I looked at Control 4, Savant, and then Elan g. I loved working with Rick because he asked what I wanted the system to do and then he figured out how to make that happen. One of the other vendors I spoke with just tried to talk me out of what I wanted to do and that was irritating. My wife was concerned that the system would be overly complicated for her to use but now she absolutely loves the Elan system, I can't imagine what our home would be without it! Our installer, Josh, was excellent! He was very nice and worked through to get things set up and working perfect! Extremely Happy with the entire experience. The system was not on the cheap side but you get what you pay for...and there is nothing worse than technology that doesn't work correct. You will NOT get that with Technology Interiors.

We found Technology Interiors(TI) to be an excellent company. Each step of the project from beginning to end was handled with great deal of professionalism. Joe, the design consultant, visited our home to identify our needs and to recommend a solution that matches those needs and stays within our pocketbook requirements. Joe remained fully open to our questions and suggestions to achieve a truly custom result. At no time did he try to upsale us as we have found so often to be the case with other large companies in the Indianapolis area. They are very price competitive. We had an opportunity to meet Rick, the owner. He is a friendly and professional businessman. It is clear that his operating philosophy of customer first permeates throughout the company. The equipment was installed by Gabe and Charlie. Their installation surpassed our expectations . . . which are typically high. They were meticulous with leveling the TV panel. (previous TV bracket installation done by a large company 12 years ago was not level). All cables were neatly dressed and they were careful to clean up after they completed the installation. In summary, at every step of the project they TI validated our selection of them to do the work. We uncategorically recommend TI to you for your Home Theater/Sound System needs.
