+ -1 moreI had called Monica on the recommendation of the siding company. She was outstanding in her follow-up and promptness in terms of getting back with me. We even went through a roof replacement due to hail damage that delayed her time to schedule our house. I would definitely recommend T S Peterson. They did quality work and were very easy to communicate with about our specific needs.
Description of Work: Painted newly installed Hardy siding as well as trim, windows and front door.

+ -1 moreOVERALL IT WAS A BELOW AVERAGE QUALITY PAINT JOB. DUE TO LOTS OF DRIPS AND SPLATER, PAINT ON MY DECK, SPA, LANDSCAPE ETC. EVIDENTLY THEY DO NOT COVER ANYTHING UP OR MASK AREAS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE PAINT ON THEM. CHEAP PRICE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED AND NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE THERE.
Description of Work: COMPLETE PAINTING OF NEW SIDING.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME RECOMMENDED BY THE COMPANY WHO RE-SIDED MY HOUSE. I CALLED, GOT A VERY REASONABLE QUOTE AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS OUT. AFTER 7 WEEKS I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 3 WEEKS. AFTER 3 WEEKS I CALLED AND MS PETERSON TOLD ME SHE HURT HER BACK AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHEN SHE COULD GET TO IT. I SYMPATHIZE WITH HER OVER HER INJURIES, BUT I DESERVED A PHONE CALL. I DESERVED TO HAVE BETTER COMMUNICATION. I FOUND ANOTHER HIGHLY RATED COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY ARE STARTING NEXT WEEK. (THE WEEK AFTER I CALLED).I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WAIT.
