Superior Bath System

Superior bath did an amazing job with our shower stall installation. They walked us through the estimate and made sure everything was explained. It took time for the materials to come in but when the work was done it was done quickly. The shower looks amazing and they were able to make it a little bigger.

This is the 3rd review I have attempted to post. First let me say that Keagan Stiner the young man that installed our walk in shower had his work cut out for him. He was proficient, clean, quick, courteous and very hard working. He did an excellent job and our shower looks beautiful. If we decide to do the other bathroom, we will definitely request Keagan be our installer. We cannot speak highly enough about him and his workmanship. Thank you Keagan and Thank you Superior Bath for employing great workers such as Keagan .

Great job all around. The sales rep came to our home and was very transparent about the timeline of the install being 10 weeks out. Let us know we wouldn’t really hear anything until a couple of weeks before the install. They did demo all the way down to the studs, disposed of all trash, re plumbed and installed the new shower in 2 days! We did financing through power pay with them as well. At first you might have a bit of sticker shock, but the quality of the finished product and amazing staff is well worth paying for. Fernando was always on time and amazing to work with. Great job!

It went great!!! From our sales guy Rob Edwards to our install guy Keagan. It was fanatastic for everything to run so smoothly and for Keagan to perform such a perfect job. Thanks Guys!!!!!!

Two gentlemen came by our house to provide a quote to renovate our master bathroom. After an hour of them being in our home they said they needed a 3rd person to come by and look at the space before they could issue a quote. This 3rd person wasn't available for another week. We set up a date and time. A week later, no confirmation email/phone call and no visit after we had set aside the time on our calendar. Don't bother wasting your time with these unprofessional people. Extremely disappointed.

Only use Superior Bath Systems if you don’t care about how long it takes. Our shower replacement was quoted to be finished in 1-2 days with a start date in 10-12 weeks - maybe earlier since it was a small job. We did not get any updates unless we called them and only occasionally got return calls. It took 18 weeks for the base than another 3 weeks to finish - 21 weeks to install a shower! Terrible customer service.

Extremely well -- the team was very thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, professional. They took great precaution to keep the house clean and to accommodate our needs. We are extremely pleased with the work and enthusiastically recommend the company to others,

Very pleased with Superior. Gave them a tough one: Pull a crappy walk-in Tub Thing, install a Real tub/shower, zap out five layers of cheap linoleum flooring, put in a new vanity/sink, and replace the window that Tub Thing covered/destroyed when it was installed ages ago. Degree of Difficulty - 1955 not remotely current code dwelling. Not surprisingly, the house hit the Superior Team with several curve balls during the project. They didn't blink (Jason may have sighed once or twice!), they pulled off the work with minimal disruption despite this being the only bath in the home, and the result is like night and day. Highly recommended.

This review is based on multiple different interactions with Superior Bath inquiring about an estimate for bathroom renovation. On our initial phone call my Wife was asked multiple times if I, her husband, would be present for the estimate. I was present for the phone call, which became pushy with them asking my wife this question multiple times. Given this was only once interaction we went ahead with scheduling an estimate. Steve from Superior Bath was prompt with coming over for an estimate. On meeting him, he immediately asked my wife if we, my wife and I, were on the same page with the bathroom remodel. At this point, I had enough with perceived sexist comments towards my Wife and asked him to please leave. He further argued that the comments were not sexist and became upset. Even if the comments were not sexist by his definition, they were definitely felt as such, which I believe is more important. We are not only looking for a quality craftsman for our bathroom, but also someone who would treat us with respect. My rating is based on their interaction with customers and not by their work as I have not seen their work.

They were great I have no complaints. They did a good job and they cleaned up their mess. they were somebody that I just called and did my bathtub and bathroom. and I'm very satisfied at all. they were friendly, nice and they explained everything about their work.

It was very good. They were all professional. They were pretty much here when they said they would be here. They were done when they said they would be done. They took care all the problems. We were happy with everything.

We were pleased. They did a wonderful job. They informed us and they talked to us a lot. They explained what they were doing. We were just very well pleased. They were very good. I would recommend them.

Being an old house the project took a while. The techs were very professional, cleaned up everyday. Any problems were quickly addressed by Beth or Terry.

We found Superior Bath System through Angie's List and scheduled with Dave to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite. However, he almost seemed to be trying to dissuade us from going forward with our project and was not enthusiastic about our ideas. At the end, he gave us a ballpark estimate that was three times what we were expecting. He said he would get us a more detailed estimate before we were to leave on vacation in two weeks, but we never heard back from him. Thankfully, we also scheduled an appointment with a local home builder who was full of ideas and whose estimate fit our budget.

The remodel went very well. We were very pleased with the whole process - from the design and pricing by the salesman to the completion of the project. They even finished a few days ahead of schedule. They let us know if they would be delayed arriving the following day, they kept the dust, etc. to a minimum, each day they cleaned up before leaving, and they seemed to work well together. Would definately use this vendor agai

It went very well, our service man Justin was very good at what he does he was just a great guy. I am very happy with my new shower.

If finding a contractor who shows up on time, completes all the work within the dates previously agreed upon, and leaves zero mess behind, only a beautifully finished product, sounds like winning a lottery, we hit a jackpot with Superior Bath. I don't know what to praise more, the quality of their work or their work ethics. Both were, well, superior. I only wish we had more bathrooms left to remodel. Would hire them again in a heartbeat, and heartily recommend to anyone else.

The process went well. The workers explained the amount of work required to get the walls in our older home shimmed to accommodate the required flat surface for the shower surround. Once that process was completed the rest of the work seemed to speed up. They asked specifically where the grab bars needed to be placed. The workers seemed to care a great deal about the outcome of their work and of the comfort for the homeowners during the process. The result is a beautiful upgrade to our existing bathroom. This was the only company of the 3 we talked to who were willing to work on replacing our flooring and toilet installations. Installation process was completed in 4 days.

This business does not want to deal with a married woman without their husband being involved. I requested an estimate to replace the shower in the master bath. They strongly suggested that my husband be home for the estimate but reluctantly agreed to come do an estimate just for me. When they came to my house the guy was only at my home for 15 minutes. He did not ask what customizations I wanted with the shower. (Color, shelves, doors vs curtain, etc). When I told him what I wanted, he did not write anything down. He confirmed my email address and told me he would email me an estimate. The day after the estimate, someone called to see if I would like them to come back to my home once my spouse was home. I told them that was not necessary and asked them to email me the estimate from the previous day. A few days later, they called to see if I had received the estimate. I told them I had not, and again confirmed my email and asked them to resend the estimate. Later another person called and said they needed to discuss the estimate. I still have not gotten the estimate after a week and a half. Maybe they would have sent it to me if I had claimed to be divorced or single but in 2018 a woman should be able to get an estimate with or without their spouse being involved in the process.

It was an excellent service. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were prompt, they did what they said they were going to, and finished the job in a reasonable time frame. They were very neat and clean while working for us. I would recommend them.

They were alright. Only thing is I had to put up a brand new shower curtain due to the height they placed the rod.

We’re happy with our new bathroom. All the Superior Bath System people were courteous, friendly, and responsive. Our installer, Brian, was especially congenial and helpful. The salesman had product samples with him on the initial visit, which we found helpful. We have no complaints and we recommend this company to others.

I would recommend them to anyone. The gentlemen who installed my bath system is a veteran and fellow soldier at arms named Brian. He is very professional and I am extremely happy with his work. I will recommend and use absolutely use him, again.
