Description of Work: Painted extensive trim on residence. He did a very thorough job of removing old paint. He did a very neat job of painting. Cleaned everything up well. He worked hard & well to match the color we wanted.

He will do extra little things, such as mudding and repairing uneven walls, he does the work to perfection. His clean up is great, you'd never know he was in the house, and his pricing is very reasonable. He also has a great eye for color. I've been very impressed with his work.

+ -1 moreHES VERY CAREFUL AND METICULOUS IN HIS WORK. HE IS ALSO VERY CLEAN. NO PROBLEM WITH DRIPS. I BELIEVE THAT HE IS IN DEMAND BECAUSE OF HIS FINE WORK, BUT I BELIEVE THAT TENDS TO SPEAK TO THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK.
Description of Work: HE PAINTED TWO INTERIOR ROOMS AS WELL AS STRIPPING SOME WALLPAPER IN ONE OF THE ROOMS.

+ -1 moreTHE PAINTING WAS VERY GOOD, THE WALLPAPERING WAS ONLY AVERAGE. COMMUNICATION IS A PROBLEM - HE DIDNT COME FOR ESTIMATE UNTIL WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. SAME THING WITH THE START DATE. HE DIDNT INFORM ME AHEAD OF TIME WHEN HE WOULD BE STARTING. I DID CALL HIM 2 WEEKS AGO FOR HIM TO FIX SOME WALLPAPER SEAMS AND HE HASNT BEEN BACK YET EVEN THOUGH HE DID CALL AND SAY THAT HE WOULD BE.
