Steve's Repair LLC

Steve called to set up a time then sent a text when he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Steve had the part that was needed, installed it and made sure that the dryer was working. He was friendly and even gave us an idea on what to do with our two Yorkie's to get them to stop barking. We will not only be contacting Steve anytime that we need repairs but we will be sharing his name with friends and neighbors.

He came out the day it broke, but he did not have the parts. He had to order them and came back in when they came in. He didn't charge us a service fee the first time because he couldn't help us, so that was great. He came out the same day I called, so that was great. He had to wait for the parts, almost a month, so that was a shock. It was the motor, so I am not sure how hard that is to get. He arrives about 15 minutes from the time he says. He calls and says he is on his way, but it was about 45 minutes after he called. He has been super helpful. When he came that first day, he had the vacuum out and was trying to see if something was stuck.He did a couple things on the machine, but he didn't charge us because he couldn't help us. When I told him we had been having a problem with the garbage disposal backing up when I ran the dishwasher he looked at the garbage disposal and said it was an easy fix and didn't charge us a thing.

I had my washer not working. Steve came and gave the best quote and the best service. I like the way he responded quickly and very professional in his service. He was right on time and explained me what the actual issue is and even showed me the real price of all the spare parts. he is very transparent in his service. In fact after he visited, I got a better understanding of how a washer works. Also he has a lot of experience as he worked in a very reputed company during his career. So, we can completely trust his work.
