My name is Mark Crippin and own and operate Steamatic of North Indianapolis with a very experienced team of individuals. I have 25+ years in the customer service industry and our image and your impression of how we conduct business with our customers is top of mind every day. My customer service experience comes from my previous career in the consumer packaged goods industry with Nabsico Brands, Kraft Foods and Campbell's Soup. Finally, to finish with providing you information on me, I attended Indiana University - Bloomington and have an MBA through Indiana Wesleyan University. Steamatic of North Indianapolis is certified with both NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) and IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification - Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Fire and Smoke Restoration as well as Microbial Remediation). The services went very well. Mark and his team showed up around the time they estimated. They were very thorough, and took the time to hear about and clean the certain areas that needed extra attention. They wore protective wears masks for COVID and I felt very comfortable working with them. I will definitely hire them again.

Carpet cleaning and fabric protection for new furniture
Description of Work: Iā€™m a hard to please individual and Mark constantly went above and beyond to ensure he could meet our needs and be flexible with timing. Mark preformed 7 rooms of carpet cleaning and applied fabric protectant to our new sofa. Mark was courteous, professional and did an exceptional job. A+ and will absolutely hire again.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job. He told me it would take 3 hours and it did. My main concern was the dryer vent and it needed it! But each air vent was individually cleaned also. He communicated several times as we set up the appointment and I appreciated working with the person who set up the appointment. I would definitely hire him again.
