Spa Check

Description of Work: We used them for about 5 years total. The owners did a fabulous job in the beginning, with Rick installing the hot tub and getting it running. He serviced it for guite awhile. When he disappeared. Mary Lou, the other owner, took over and did a fabulous job. She has a fabulous personality and was meticulous with the cleaning. That occurred for a period of about two years. All of a sudden, last summer she disappeared from all the clients we knew. No letter, no explanation and no contact was forthcoming. Basically, I hope she is alright, as there is just silence. I understand issues coming up, but the business, or even the closing of the business would have benefitted with an explanation and/or notice to long time customers. One of most important attributes of services is dependability. We are saddened by the lack of response, but wish her well. When the services were performed, they were excellent. Dependability was the on-going problem.

Description of Work: She was scheduled to clean our hot tub every other week. Then she was supposed to text me after that service was done.

Description of Work: Hot tub draining, cleaning, refilling and chemical balancing.

Description of Work: Rick emptied my hot tub, cleaned it, refilled it, added chemicals and checked all the working parts. He found that we needed a new ozonator and filter which he replaced.

Description of Work: Rick cleaned my hot tub and determined why my tub was not heating. He gave me the name of a repair person.

Description of Work: He comes out every other weekend and does a spa treatment to the hot tub, chemicals are included. He also checks the balance of pH and alkaline in it, along with cleaning the water lines and then he skimmers and covers it. He also vacuums the filter and nets it. Yearly he drains the hot tub, details and refills it,he also cleans the jets and flushes drain, fittings are tightened. Then the chemicals are reestablished and the cover is detailed and uv protector wash applied to it.
