Horrible horrible.....HORRIBLE experience with their 2 of their exterior paints. After 12 days, the paint still had not cured so they send out paint rep. HE tries to blame the painters which he has to "take back" after acknowledging that the PAINT did not cure ANYWHERE we applied it ( not just over a previously painted stoop). He said he would talk with the painters and resolve it. I won't bore you with the details but know that it did NOT go well in any respect. We paint alot and have never run into this bizarreness before. Now i know why none of the 3 paint contractors i interviewed wanted to use SW paint -- they ALL preferrred Benjamin Moore or better yet, Porter Paints. That is where we took our business after this 3 week battle with Sher Wlms store manager and local paint rep.

Their customer service is outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Not only do they have the best paint products I have found, but the individuals there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. They help me choose my paint, and everything is kept on record with them so they know exactly what I have used in the past. They have come through with everything, and have just been great! They also had everything that I needed in stock.

Everything was high quality from start to finish. We didn't order enough wallpaper and when we went to order more, it was out of stock. They reordered it for us and said it would be in in about 2 weeks, but they had it to us in 4 days! We appreciated their quick response time! They were very professional and extremely helpful.
