They removed the pump which none of the other companies previously did. They took the water level down too low in the pool, so the automatic pool cover wasn't supported by the water like it should of. Because of this the pool cover fell into the pool and it brought in debris and I had to have that cleaned out and have the cover replaced.

After some confusion over price of the cover it went from several hundred dollars to several thousand and was assured of a final appropriate cost. They came out and installed it while we were not home and the quality appears high. Overall, we are satisfied.

He was nice enough to tell me I did not need a new filter, very nice. He did not overcharge for anything did not ask for money before he left. Very pleasant.

The service was good, just disappointed I paid $100 for the service call when I could've fixed it myself. Thought it was the thermocouple and didn't figure a little bolt would cause the problem. Oh well...they did what they were supposed to.

The work was professionally done, and the Scott representative was also professional. My only concern was that they were scheduled to arrive at 10:30 in the morning but did not show up until late afternoon. I was very pleased with their service, however, and I plan to continue to use them for maintenance on my pool.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The service manager was polite, punctual, efficient, and meticulous in his work. The office personnel is also very congenial, knowledgeable, flexible, and efficient.

They do an excellent job. They do what is needed, and don't try to up sell you a lot of extras. The workers that come are very knowledgeable.

Opening charges were excessive, pool was not vacuumed sufficiently. They stated that the water settled, yet I have never had this problem previously. I spent two evenings cleaning it myself. When the company was called, they didn't appear to be overly concerned. I was also charged more for the pool cleaning than quoted.

Very satisfied with the work done. They have done stuff for our pool in the past few years. They are a bit more than the competition but the service people are very competent and accommodating. They took extraordinary measures to clean up the area before they left. I will use them again!

Work was performed the day after calling Scott by their subcontractor, Metzler Plumbing. They removed the old heater, installed the new one and had the pool back in operation in several hours. I was pleased with the promptness and professionalism of installation.

Very nice, but too expensive. I did have a significant drip. They were responsive, but they said it was a problem with the pool's piping. They didn't do a lot and the price was too high in my opinion, so we've decided to go with someone else.

They tell me if there is anything I need to do to get my pool chemical levels to the proper setting. They are very honest and great to work with. They don't pressure me into buying anything that I don't really need.

I CALL AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, HE TOLD ME THAT HIS WIFE WOULD CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.

SCOTT SHOWED UP PROMPTLY, EXPLAINED WHAT HE PLANNED TO DO VERY WELL, AND PERFORMED THE WORK WITHOUT QUESTION OR ISSUE. HE EVEN CAME BY THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK HIS WORK AT NO CHARGE.

I TRIED TO NOTIFY THEM 3-4 TIMES BY E-MAIL AND MY E-MAILS WERE REJECTED BY THEM. I THEREFORE GAVE UP ON THEM, AS I PRESUME THEIR SERVICE IS COMPARABLE TO OTHERS.

EXCELLENT WORK. TIMELY SERVICE. WOULD USE AGAIN.

SMALLER COMPANY AND LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO SCHEDULE CLOSING. MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES BUT PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RATHER USE THEM THAN THE LAST FEW COMPANIES I HAVE USED. I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR ADDITIONAL JOBS AS WELL.

COST INCLUDED CHEMICALS AND VARIOUS PARTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THIS IS OUR FIRST YEAR HERE. WE GOT SCOTT POOL'S NAME OFF ANGIE'S LIST. WE'RE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR SERVICE - FROM THE BOOKKEEPERS TO THE POOL TECHNICIANS. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

WHEN CHANGING THE LIGHT BULB THEY BROKE THE LAMP. THEY INSTALLED A NEW LAMP FREE OF CHARGE, BUT THE POOL LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING. THEY SAID WE NEEDED TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN. AFTER HAVING THE ELECTRICIAN OUT, THE LIGHT WAS STILL NOT WORKING. WE CONTACTED SCOTT AND RECEIVED TWO PHONE CALLS THAT SAME NIGHT AND AN ADDITIONAL CALL THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY. THEY TOLD US WE WOULD BE THE SECOND CALL OF THE DAY ON MONDAY AND THEY ARRIVED BETWEEN 9:00 AND 10:00 AM MONDAY MORNING. THEY INSPECTED THE LIGHT AND AFTER TESTING, FOUND THAT IT WAS FAULTY WIRING ON THE PART OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY. THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY INSISTED THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. THEY INSISTED THAT SCOTT COME OUT WHILE THEY LOOKED AT THE LIGHT. AN EMPLOYEE OF SCOTT KINDLY CAME OUT AND DEMONSTRATED THE FAULTY WIRING AND THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY REPAIRED THE JOB.

OFFICE CLERK WAS COURTEOUS AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. SERVICE REPS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY CAPABLE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A MATTER OF TWO HOURS AND EVERYTHING CLEANED UP AND RESTORED TO NORMAL.

I BELIEVE THE GENTLEMAN WHO RETURNED MY CALL WAS DAVE. THEY HAVE BEEN UNFAILINGLY HELPFUL, AND THIS MORNING HE REALLY WAS VERY PATIENT IN WALKING ME THROUGH THE FEATURES AND WORKING WITH MECHANICS OF MY POOL, WHICH I AM NOT USED TO. IT HELPED ME A LOT AND I APPRECIATE IT.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD COMPANY WHO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. I APPRECIATED THEIR HELPFUL ADVICE WHICH LOWERED OUR COST OF REGULAR MAINTENANCE.

HARD TO FIND A GOOD POOL COMPANY. THESE GUYS MAY BE A KEEPER.
