Description of Work: Sold my house. I used Scott back in 2005 to purchase my home I live in today. I then called him back in October 2013 to sale the house I was previously living in and had fixed up for sale. Scott knows his job and is always giving his best. He is very responsive and spends the time to help you.

+ -1 moreMr. Scott Burdine was very good and very helpful. He doesn't rush in. He answered our questions. He will be there when we want him. We really liked him. We worked with a lot of real estate agents and he was one of the best. He was always here before us. He was great.

+ -1 moreWe met Scott by chance at a showing of a house we were looking at (and happened to be the one we ended up purchasing). We had no idea what we were doing, this was the first time we were buying a house. We moved from an apt complex. We really liked him and his honesty, and his vibrancy. We asked him to represent us, as well as the seller. Maybe it wasn't the best idea, but I never felt like I was being scammed at all. Scott walked us through the whole process, because all we wanted in life was that house. We had the eye on the prize, with no paperwork in the beginning. Got all the loan stuff worked out and eventually settled on a price, we got the house. Scott's communication was great the whole time, and I always had 5 million questions. We could tell he was an honest family man, we even met his wife and new baby. He was very patient with all my relatives through the process as well. Got the house of our dreams, with little stress, thanks Scott!
