They never paid us back our down payment. if you could help us to get our money back it would great. we worked hard to save this much money. zackshamia@yahoo.com
Description of Work: Hello, My wife and I went to one of Ryland Homes at Brighton Knoll in Noblesville, IN.. we picked a model to build for $205,000 we were approved for the loan in 2 weeks, I made sure they understood that I work overseas, they said no problem then we were asked to pay the down payment $8,200 I made sure to ask, if anything happened would we get our money back we were told by the sales rep (Cheryl) YES, it took 4 months to built the home.... One week before closing on the house we were disqualified for the loan..... we lost our $8,200 down payment. Ryland Homes refused to pay it back, Zack,
