Description of Work: The provider quoted an outrageous price. Angie's list has a coupon "$25 for $75". I was interested in this because a dime was stuck in our garbage disposal. We could see it. I thought 75 would cover the cost and I would be out $25. I wanted a quote first so a tech came out in good time and quoted $250. "Too much," I told him. He told me he could give me a $100 coupon. Still too much. He said he could get it down to $100. That's still no where near $25. We did not hire him. Two days later we shopped at Harbor Freight, found a $6 tool, and plucked the dime out. Reset the garbage disposal and viola! It worked. I think a professional could have, and should have, honored the $25 for $75, spent five minutes and repaired our disposal. Very disappointed!

Description of Work: Sadly we had used drain in our clogged bathtub shortly before they came. Because of that they said there was nothing they could do especially if it did not clog up in the specified time listed on the coupon. This did not happen; so we lost all the money! I feel it would have been good customer service to at least let us keep that credit towards another bill if work was needed later this year. They did not agree. When we did need work done we use Three Kings Plumbing which was a MUCH better experience.

Description of Work: We declined services after an inflated bid. Flat fee to come out and clear line was $325. Expensive, but they were timely. I was at work and my wife had me speak over the phone with the person. He told me that he could not access the main sewer line and that he would need to remove a toilet. The price then went to $575 for a difficult location. Then he informed me that his equipment was too heavy to move down the stairs and that another technician would have to come out at the price of an additional $260. Lastly there would be a $20 to $40 additional fee for the wax ring. Grand total is now $875 plus tax. I declined services and he was nice and said he understood. I then called Rapid Rooter who came out within the hour and total cost was $158 plus tax and they were done in under an hour.
