Repair made in less than an hour.

Description of Work: We've been using Roto-Rooter for over 30 years. We usually need them for unclogging drains. The service is pricey but knowing that they are available within 24 hours, that they are reliable and always do an excellent job makes the extra expense worth it.

It did not go !!!
Description of Work: Sump pump drain was clogged. Called on a Saturday am and we were told they would be out that afternoon, and would call before hand. They never showed. On Monday morning, we called back, and they said they would give us an hour to hour and a half notice before coming to house. At noon, a guy showed up with no call ahead. When I told him he was supposed to call, he just said I need to see sump pump. I than showed him where drain line was located, and before doing any work, asked me if I was authorized to pay him !!!!! He quoted $298.00 without even knowing what was needed. He ran a snake line, looked around and said he'd have to send someone with a camera and oh by the way, I quoted you wrong, it'll be $498.00!!! For doing nothing but running a snake that did nothing! Next morning another man came out with a camera, marked a spot , placed a flag where clog was, and left. We had our landscape men come out and after digging 4 feet down, they did not find the pipe where it was marked. After digging around they finally found the pipe, but it was not clogged in that spot. Called back and made another appointment for 6 tonight and surprise, no call and no show I would not recommend this company at all. Very sorry we used Angie's list to find this company
