Everything went well, they were nice. Professional and prompt arrival, no issues.

Scheduling was an easy process with their office. On the day of scheduled service their office called in advance to make sure someone was home to let plumber in the house and provide an approximate time of arrival. Plumber arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. I had removed all the stuff under the sink in advance so he could get right to work. I paid $79 for up to $250 worth of plumbing repairs thinking the cost would never exceed $250 to install a faucet in a fairly new home construction since it was only 6 yrs old. Its not like it was old and rusted. It seemed to me to be a simple disconnect and connect. Much to my complete surprise he presented me the original pre-estimate bill which was over $300 so I would have to pay the difference. I was so shocked! I had neighbors that had just paid $99 for a local plumber for the exact same work so I thought $79 would be a fair price. He said doesn't set the price and was based on a flat book price for installing a faucet and soap dispenser. I was ready to just forget it so he discounted the price for a difference of just under $30, so a total out of pocket of $109. I was satisfied with that amount and I gave him approval to perform the work. He had a problem after he installed it with water spraying out between the hose connection to the faucet that initially he wasn't sure what the problem was and quickly blamed it on a faulty new faucet. So I decided to call to the manufacturers customer service line for service techs to see if I could connect him with someone there to resolve the issue. Luckily within one minute into my phone call he figured out he left off a washer seal that was in the box he had overlooked. I'm just glad he stuck with it and figured it out on is own because I wasn't going to accept that easily it was faulty new faucet. I rated the company high because in the long run the end result meet my final expectation. My only recommendation to their company is since you have to describe what service you want when you purchase this service over Angie's list why couldn't someone on their end have told me upfront that to install a new faucet and soap dispenser would be X amount and there would be an additional cost. Why send your tech person out on a service call, then surprise the home owner and potentially lose the whole deal? I've already had a neighbor ask who I used for a similar service they need so I am gong to recommend the company with the warning I've mentioned and hope all goes well for them should they decide to use Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter made receiving a quote on the cost of service easier than any other company I called and they had the most reasonable price. They were able to send out a representative within a day of calling! The technician, Hal, was friendly, personable and comfortable to be around. He did a great job pointing out things and offered information on the things we were seeing in the video of the line. He was prompt in showing up when he said he would. Once there, he was quick to get to work and wrapped up in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Everything turned out great. They came in and unplugged a drain in the basement under my kitchen. The guy cleared it out and told me how to prevent it in the future.

Roto Rooter has always been there for us. We've had multiple plumbing issues and they always come quickly and charge a very reasonable amount. I will always use them.

The plumber who came out was very professional and did a great job. I cannot give him a poor rating. The customary pricing guides for Roto Rooter were astronomical, though. When the plumber showed me that to have my disposal installed, alone, it was over $300, I told him to forget it. My husband could do that in less than a half hour when he got home from work. The prices were so expensive, I think a local company would be more reasonable. My $250 coupon (that I purchased on Angie's List for $79) barely touched the overall expense. The only reason I used Roto Rooter was because they were offering a Big Deal. It turns out, I probably spent more money than I would have using someone else.

Ron arrived and put together a quote for me quickly on what I wanted done, we negotiated back and forth and settled on a price. Ron had no problem discounting the "$250 worth or labor for $79" coupon printout from the final total and work proceeded immediately after Artie was called and arrived shortly thereafter. The work was done with pride and I am satisfied with the work, even though it will be another week or more until I have the bathroom tiled and the shower and bath finished and tested.

Evan quickly diagnosed the problem with a bathtub faucet as a worn out cartridge. He replaced that and then gave us estimates on two other issues we had. He also pointed out a slight problem with the original installation of the tub faucet and caulked it to minimize any problems. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism. We had purchased the $79 deal for $250 worth of work and we paid an additional $111, which I felt was reasonable.

They were very responsive, the appointments before mine were running long but I received periodic check-in calls to keep me updated on an estimated time of arrival. The faucet was replaced smoothly and there were no problems.

At first the person who showed up didn't have the right tool to work on our project. But once they arrived the second time everything went great. They put in a fair fix and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't really need. Everything went great.

Surveyed the problem of corrosion on the cast iron piipes and estimated the job and completed within 3 hours.

It was great. They did a great job and it was just fine. There was a travel fee of $40 or something like that. They were very good.

The responsiveness and quality of work were just fine. The labor cost was outrageous though. For about 75 minutes of work, the labor charge was approximately $480.00 and parts were only about $30.00. I questioned both the plumber and then talked to someone in the local office and all they repeatedly said is that they charge a flat rate for specific jobs no matter how long they take. The try to justify this by saying that the rate is the same if it takes the plumber longer than normal. This is ridiculous. The $79 special for $250 worth of labor is simply a scam that becomes all to apparent with these kind of labor rates.

Technician was professional and provided the services as expected. Stayed until he was sure the sump pump was running and water was going down, verified flow outside. The only thing negative was I felt the labor charges for the job were a little high.

Rotor Rooter was able to fit us in the same day. The plumber (Triston) was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

The provider made an appointment for my convenience and asked for a two hour window for arriving. My window was 11am to 1pm and I received a phone call about 11am saying the technicians were running behind and they would call me as soon as one freed up. About an hour later, the technician called and said he was on his way. He arrived in a clean professionally lettered service truck and came to the door immediately identifying himself by name, placed shoe protectors on his feet and askedpermission to enter my home. He reviewed the job ahead and went to his truck to prepare the estimate. Having not used a professional plumber in many years, I went into sticker shock when given the quote. But I always understood you get what you pay for and realized with the $79 special for $250 of labor and a price of $289 minus that and $34 for buying my own faucet, it still was a good deal. I especially liked not having to crawl under the sink for three hours and breaking my back trying to wrench loose stuck bolts with handyman tools. He completed the job in about an hour or so, cleaned up his area, asked if I wanted the old faucet or he would dispose of it himself for me. The job was professionally done in a timely fashion by a friendly repairman, Ken. I would not hesitate recommending Ken or RotoRooter. The only reason I maked "good" for price was my inability to accept that price as a fair market value for this kind of work. But, I am not the one who had to do it. My back feels great!

It went great! After looking at the issue and finding the cause, he gave me an estimate and got to work. Work went quickly, was extremely clean, and even fixed another issue with the positioning of the hose nozzle.

Good job in cleaning out the clog. He then educated me on how keep clean and possibly next time unclogged the drain myself

Ok experience . They did not show up on time but called to let me know I was not forgotten.

They did just what they said they would but they were supposed to arrive between 4pm and 6pm. It was 10pm when they arrived although I did receive regular calls to update me on the time they would be coming. Obviously the previous jobs took longer than planned and this is the nature of this business.

Service was great from start to finish. We found we had a leak, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The gentleman that came out helped us figure out the problem, and stayed until the job was finished, and we had no more leaking. What started out to be an easy job, turned out to be more complicated, but he made sure it was fixed right. We had a great experience, and would recommend, and use in the future.

They did a very good job. They got the job done quickly and even let me know how to find a coupon for a discount. They also gave me some helpful information on how to try to prevent the drain from getting clogged in the future.

I appreciated the response time. The person who called me to schedule was very friendly as was the technician, Jay. I do think they seem to be pretty pricey. I asked how much it would be to replace all of the components in the water tank and I was rather shocked at the response. I opted to have him try and repair one part and so far it seems to be doing well.

It went well. Dusty checked everything over thoroughly. Unfortunately all the rain we have was the problem so there was nothing they could do, but I was very impressed with how quickly that came out and professional they were.
