The person is very knowledgeable and very professional performing his work.

Work was done well. Plumber was extremely professional, neat, informative. The only issue I have is with the flat rate fee which seemed high.

Arrived at the scheduled time. Work was done efficiently and successfully. Technician explained what was likely the cause and what to expect in the future. Technician was very personable and professional. The price seems excessive to me.

Awesome job they know what they are doing

At first I was pleased with the responsiveness of this company. We had a clean out that had standing water in it. I called and they were able to come out the same day and snake the line. Unfortunately, it was determined that an excavation would be necessary to fix the issue. The excavation sales person came out that afternoon. We decided to go ahead with the repair as we were told they could accomplish it that week. During the next 2 weeks, the problems began. First we were told that City of Fishers would not give the permit to Roto Rooter to do any work. Then the inspector came out and told my husband that he would not normally approve this repair but since we had given a deposit, he would let it go this time. Then we asked Roto Rooter to include a back flow valve for all the delays which they agreed to. Unfortunately, the inspector said that the valve Roto Rooter was going to use was not allowed. Finally the repair was accomplished but the state that the yard was left in was unacceptable. Over the next SIX months, we made numerous attempts to contact Roto Rooter. We were told that they would come out and look at the yard and get back to us. We contacted them at least 6 times. At one point, my husband was told that someone would come and clean it up when the weather got better. In March, I again called the office, only to get routed to Amy's voicemail. Two weeks in a row, I left messages but NEVER got a response. The third week, my husband called and spoke to Amy. She said she was aware of the problem and had given it to the proper persons. After another 2 weeks, with NO calls to us or any attempt to fix the yard, we have chosen to take our situation to social media, Angies List, and the Better Business Bureau. Below you will see pictures of before and after. The pile of dirt and rocks left behind is 6 months old. We were told it would compact down over time. As you can see, that never happened. DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER. Call a local plumber instead.

After our 5-year old learned that approximately 2 cups of garden soil belongs in the garden and *not* in his bathroom drain, we called Roto Rooter for an emergency unclogging of the drain before Dad caused further damage trying to fix it himself. The repair went smoothly and with enough reassurance / storytelling that confidence in my parenting ability sustained only minor damage, so we will certainly look Roto-Rooter's way again in the off chance we have another episode.

Extremely well. Cleared line, corrected minor plumbing issue and helped get the sink reattached that I knocked loose.

Even though we thought they were a bit pricey even for an emergency weekend fix, they were well worth it in the end. With cleaning out of the pipe so our plumbing would work, scoping the pipe for defects was included in the service. The scoping service found that the pipe from our house wasn't meeting the city line correctly and the issue was the city's. So they not only fixed the immediate issue but identified the main problem so that it could be fixed.

We sprung a big leak in a pipe under our sink that was spraying nonstop water and couldn't be stopped. First called "Len the Plumber" because they advertise immediate emergency service. That turned out to be false, as they could not come until the next afternoon. Roto Rooter came in 45 minutes (faster would have been even nicer, but at least they came relatively quickly. Excellent service once they arrived.

Very well - although when I stated that I wished it was not quite so expensive, the service man advised that he could give me a discount because I was an old person. I asked if he meant an old customer or an old fart. While it did not bother me at all, several friends, that I told the story to, thought that he should have been aware to call it a Senior Discount. He was a nice guy and I thought it all to be quite humorous - but I discovered not everyone feels that way.

fine, he suggested to put on 2 new on-off valves which work great. he reconditioned an old faucet fixture I had, then installed that one to replace the older broken one. that works great now too. 3/4 of the price was for labor which I realize is a standard price, but it still seems somewhat expensive. .

First, the camera person from Roto-Rooter showed me why mud and water were backing up into the basement . He returned a second time at no additional charge to make sure of the extent of the damage. Then, he arranged for the work to be done on my schedule. The three men who replaced the collapsed pipe (8 feet) and lined the rest came on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed of their progress, and got us back to working order quickly. They were very careful of the front yard plantings and worked in a snow storm and after night fell. They were the hardest working people I've ever hired.

They broke the mount on toilet base and charged $700 as they had to remove toilet said it was a standard charge. Later I called another company for a quote and was told between $300-$400 .Also told me I would get a follow up visit with camera Never happened

October 27, 2017, a Friday morning. I woke to sewage water backing up into my basement. This was the day before my wedding and I was under a lot of stress as it was. I called Roto-Rooter expecting to have to make an appointment, or pay some extra fee to have someone come out that day. This was not the case. within the hour the Roto-Rooter plumber was at the house and had discovered the problem. He called there Water Restoration person to assess the damage. To make a long story shorter, within 4 hours a crew was tearing out the old flooring and cleaning up. The Restoration team had contacted my insurance and did all the paperwork. To say the least, this took a lot of stress out of a bad day, and my wedding when off without any more problems. I am so happy I decided to call Roto-Rooter. It could have been so much worse.

Service was prompt and efficient, especially given that it was Christmas Eve. No one wants things like this to happen, esp on a holiday, but he was able to get us going very quickly without too much disruption of the day.

They arrrived when promised and did an excellent job.

Very well, the technician explained everything he was doing and why. The technician was a great guy. By the way, it was 1:00 in the morning when he had to come out.

Their services were great they attended all my requirements and left things working properly. Gray job.

FROM THE BASE. WAX SEAL REPLACED, CLOG IN TOILET UN CLOGGED, WAX SEAL REPLACED.

They came out promptly on a weekend and fixed the leaky pipes. My bill was over $800. Later I discovered that the bar sink in the basement had no water connection. I called a local plumber who found that Roto-Rooter had cut the pipe upstairs and simply capped it off instead of reconnecting it. I had the local plumber do the work because I will never have Roto-Rooter in my house again.

They were great! Very professional. I would recommend to anyone!
