They were nice, prompt and did a good job.

The sink was a very quick and easy fix, however the tub drain was where the issues occurred as we had already used liquid plumber. The plumber said the drain was not currently backed up so there was nothing he could do at this time. He did not offer to have the $79 as a credit for future service which I thought would have been good customer service. We did not have a good experience with them and we would not purchase this deal again.

The technician did a good job - the only issue was with the soap dispenser. It leaks but we really don't know if it's a defective part or was not installed properly.

The service worked out well. What I wanted done was more than what I paid for. It seemed a lot more, but it was fine. I would probably not use their services again in the future.

It went fine. I don't have any complaints with whoever came out and did the work that they did. It was really kind because he appreciated I was a veteran too which was a nice thing.

They came out and told me $3,091. They guaranteed it would run good. Before they came my sink was working. After they came the sink stopped working. We called them back and they said it was a different thing and would cost more money. My tenant said to forget it because it had already cost me too much money. Their service was not good. Their work is warranted for five years. The reason I called them out was because the sewer line was not working. I don't know what they did but I count on them to make the sewer line run. They need to come out and fix the thing.

The service was not very good because they had to come back and fix it because it was leaking. The guy that came out and fixed it the second time was fine and did a really good job.There was a communication issue the first time as he did not speak very good English.

They poured some water down a drain and snaked one drain and charged me over $300. I then reached out to the company and they told me that because it was past thirty days. I had told them that these are the same issues that I had before you came out. I would definitely not use them again and I won't recommend them to anyone.

A restoration team took down tiles from the floor of an area affected with sewage overflow. They did a decent job. After negotiation I paid a reasonable price.

Phil (#1899) came right on time and fixed both problems we had within an hour. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing to fix both issues. We called late in the evening and by 8am someone was there. With water leaking to our basement timeliness was important. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend!

Having work done on house we're in the process of buying so as we weren't going to be there we arranged for the realtor to open the house. First thing, we get a call saying they need payment there and then. We were not told that. I had to pick up husband from work and go to the house, taking out 2 hours of his work time unexpectedly. After doing a basic camera inspection, he charges us $625 +vat, 6 flippin 25, total amount $668, for an inspection. They con u by saying it's a free call out. Ridiculous. Rang the company few days later, spoke to guy named Alex who said they don't have a standard price, they price from the work done, there was no work done, it was an inspection and everything was fine. He arranged for someone to call me back. Spoke to guy called John supposedly some kind of manager, who said that is their standard price for camera inspection!!! After being told they don't have standard price. Day light robbery. Don't use them,

The plumber was on time and efficient. I thought the deal was okay as I do not feel that it was $250 worth of labor the $100. The work he did was of good quality.

I had an emergency situation where raw sewage was backing up into my house. Couldn't flush the toilets and water from tubing flowing into the basement. It was a nightmare. I called Roto-Rooter because of name recognition, and I'm so glad that I did. I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. I haven't been this impressed with service in a long time. It started with the customer service rep named Tiffany who was extremely friendly, kind and professional. She showed concern for my situation and found someone to come out right away. Someone was here in less than an hour. His name was Jeff. He was a great guy, and went right to work to figure out what was happening. He quickly identified the issue, and called the appropriate people to come out and tell me what needed to be done and to give an estimate. That's when Bill Brunk and a relatively new employee named Mike came out. They too got there amazingly quickly. They addressed the problem I had, explained what needed to be done and quoted me a price. I agreed to have them do the work and they went into action immediately. They called all the necessary people to get the work scheduled right away. It was an emergency (especially for me) and they showed concern, empathy and demonstrated the appropriate sense of urgency to get it done. I am happy to report that the work was completed in less than 24 hours! Everything is back to normal and I am so grateful. I can't thank Bill, Mike, and Jeff enough for their help. Even the guy that came out (named Dusty) who did the actual unblocking after the digging was done was great as were the two young guys who came out first thing this morning (in dreary rain) to do the digging. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but not only were they professional too, they were super friendly and cheerful demonstrating that they were happy to be there to help. Again, I can't say enough good things about this company and their amazing employees. Bill, Mike, and Jeff demonstrated a great deal of knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly kindness and understanding of my situation. I actually felt like friends had come to help out. Service like this is so rare these days and it was so appreciated. They even offered to help me with a personal project on their own (which I gratefully declined but was so touched that they wanted to help). This is a great group of guys and I don't know what I would have done without them. Hire this company for any plumbing issues you may have. You won't regret it. They are amazing!

Roto-Rooter was very punctual and responded immediately to our call. We had a very slow drain that was backing up into our utility room. This was the main drain to the sewer, so everything but the kitchen sink was backing up. They were able to start work the next day and began routing from our floor drain. Unfortunately, the rooter cable got stuck or twisted or something, and the guy spent the majority of the time trying to get it unstuck. Then the cable broke. In order to get the cable remnant out, he would have to come back the next day. On the second day, a camera guy had to help get the cable unstuck, and they routed from the toilet drain instead. They had given a verbal estimate of 450 to 500, and the price was 200 over their top verbal quote. They should have stopped and confirmed the increased price before completing the job. I probably will not call them again, but if I did, I would insist on a written quote. Another plumber that did some work later thought their price was way too high.

ROTO ROOTER HAS WORKED ON THIS DRAIN PREVIOUSLY AND APPROACHED THE PROBLEM WITH SOME KNOWLEDGE. THEY DIAGNOSED IT CORRECTLY AND "SNAKED" THE DRAIN UNTIL IT WAS OPEN. THIS PLUMBING FOR THIS DRAIN IS VERY OLD AND IT MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE USED VARIOUS IPLUMERS IN THE PAST FEW YEARS AND HAVE DECIDED THAT RR REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

Gary arrived quickly after I scheduled the appointment and was done within an hour of arrival. He put everything back in its place and cleaned up after he was finished. It was expensive for the actual service provided but the almost immediate dispatch of a technician and quick service made up for it. I used the $25 for $75 Angie's List coupon.

They did an excellent job. Very quick and responsive, and the tech who came to the house was also very professional, and quick to repair the problem. All in all, I think everything from being on the phone, to the tech repairing the issue, to the excellent follow up call, it all took an hour at max. Would recommend and/or use them again myself if anything else plumbing wise goes wrong in the house.

Very fast. Very responsive. Very expensive for 16 foot snake job that took 5-10 minutes. However, when you need it, you need it.

There was a lot of sediment in water heater, so he wasn't able to drain much.

They showed up with pretty much every equipments you can imagine and the guys were very polite and professional.

The service was great. The techs are always on time, friendly, and know their stuff. But 300 dollars for a 20 minute service call is atrocious pricing, i appreciate him selling me the drain maintainer chemical. But the pricing is way too high for that short of a service call and one that was so simple.

A side sewer that was clogged with some roots was snaked. The clog was easily removed within about 15 minutes. However, a camera inspection afterwards showed many remaining roots, resulting in a recommendation to power jet the line for a cost that was estimated as being between $550 and $1,100 for one to two hours of work. I was told that a fixed price could not be offered. I decided to use another firm that is highly rated on Angies List for the power jetting, which with an Angies List coupon, cost $500. This firm spent approximately two hours with a two person crew and had no difficulty providing me with a fixed price before they began their work. I later learned when reviewing my monthly credit card charges that Roto Rooter had charged my credit card for an additional $273, which they attributed in an email that was sent after I called to complain about the charge to "some issues with the Magtek credit card swipes". I learned that they already had refunded that amount during what was refered to as a "weekly reconciliation process" and said that the problem "has been addressed with our IT department and they are working to get it resolved".
