I called several places and all were quite expensive and also unable to come quickly to help us. Then, I saw the $79 coupon for Roto-Rooter which not only saved quite a bit of money but they were able to come right away. We discovered a wonderful plumber in the process. The service was able to be used immediately and the dishwasher is now installed and working perfectly. Thanks, Roto-Rooter for your valuable assistance. Description of Work: I had leaks under my kitchen sinks, before they started the work I advised the tech to communicate with me as he discovered what the issues were. I had a set budget and did not want to incur a large bill. He agreed. While the tech was working I approached him multiple times to check on cost. He told me we were good and would not incur much if any additional cost. When he was finished he gave me a bill for close to $300! I asked where this came from he said it was for parts and additional labor. I asked for a list of the parts specifically however I did not receive one. I asked why he didn't inform me of this throughout the job. He said that he didn't know. He then went to his truck and somehow reduced the bill to $157.He told me to write him a postdated check and everything would be good. The next week I noticed the check had been cashed 5 days before it was dated for so I called the local office to discuss this as well as talk about how the billing for the job was handled by their tech Mark. I was told by 2 different managers that basically I was lying, their guys don't offer or accept post dated checks and that they saw nothing wrong with the way he handled the job. Both of the managers were very combative and argumentative. I called the tech to let him know what happened he apologized and told me he had an office meeting the next morning and that he would straighten it out then get back with me. I never heard back from him so I called him and left a message. Its been two weeks and I have not received a response. Not only was the tech unprofessional but its easy to see why with managers who behave the same way. At the end of the day I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lure you in with the coupon deal with Angie's List only to over charge you on supposed parts which they are unwilling to provide a list for. BTW last week the same sink began to leak again and I had to call them back out. Its not worth the time or energy......

Description of Work: Replaced all the plumbing under the kitchen sink. |Talked me into two expensive unnecessary services: replaced garbage disposal and snaked drain. (old gd was still working; drain wasn't clogged) |Was at my house 12 hours Friday and left with a pipe still leaking. Had to turn off the hot water for the night. Returned Saturday morning for 3 more hours and told me everything was fixed. Sunday morning I realized my ice maker wasn't making ice. Also one of the valves was leaking. Called Monday and asked for someone to fix the saddle valve and leak. They did.
