Description of Work: Repaired bath faucet.

Description of Work: We had a slow drain. We researched and this company was highly recommended. At first they came and they tried to fix the problem with a power snake. Then another guy shows up and he told us that they were 75 feet out and the machine could not clean out the other roots. So we had to install a outside clean out which was 4200.00 so I need this fixed so I say ok but he put the camera in the drain and it would not go but 12 feet!!! He said the machine pulled the roots up there and that was why he couldn't go any further. We did not know any better so ok it was. The next day they dug up the front of the property and doing so broke my perimeter drain which keeps the water from entering my basement just to put in the clean out. Then told us that was not fixed because the actual problem was a broken pipe in the floor and that will cost a additional 5300.00 they also told us we would not have any problems over the perimeter drain that our house had 2 one outside and one inside. By now I'm very upset and I'm out a ton of money and we still can't use our toilet so I told them to fix the break. Ever since we had these people work on our home we got taken for 9500.00 and water runs in our basement constantly. Not only should they never work for a family again they should be put out of business for lying to people and steeling there hard earned money. I have got several estimate's on the water issue and this ranges from 44000.00 to 7900.00 no body should have to go through this. They never offered any compensation or anything. And there were never any roots in our drain. There crooks!!!! I will fix this only if we get resolution to our issue.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 bathroom faucets and 1 toilet. For the most part the actual work turned out good, although the toilet is very loose and will need further work. I felt the work was performed at a slow pace, it was not easy to get answers regarding where they stood, and they damaged a carpet when the carried out a toilet (should not have happened). Roto Rooter did send in their recovery team the next day at my request to clean the carpet but marks continue to exist. The actual bill was much higher for the day of work, but they discounted it down closer to the original estimate.

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's List deal for $79 for $250 worth of plumbing. I sent an email to ask a question and they promptly sent someone out same day. Unfortunately, the first plumber they sent, Lal, did not know how to disconnect a bathtub drain, suggested a method that would not have worked, quoted a price of $328 for what turned out to be a 10 minute job (because I ended up doing it myself), refused to give a written estimate, tried to pressure me into doing the work immediately and told me that my Angie's List coupon would be cancelled the following week. I called and spoke to Shannon (manager). He apologized and assured me that the next person he sent would do the work right. | |Ken Jenkins came out last week. He was very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Because we had already disconnected the drain and removed the tub ourselves, we had Ken install a whirlpool tub, shower pan, and plumbing to add showers for two bathrooms. He took the time to work with my mother (4'8") to ensure that she could reach the handles when installing the shower controls. | |I was very unhappy with Lal, but am pleased that management took my concerns seriously and sent Ken. Ken did a terrific job and I would use Roto Rooter again.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for the plumbing in my bathroom. The estimate was pretty high.
