Description of Work: checked. basement bathrm too old for snaking drain afraid to break pipes

Description of Work: snaked out 3 toilets for 325. since then 2 of the 3 are clogging regularly. impossible to say if the service was worth it. I can't see in the lines or determine the true cause. old toilets ? wrong service provided ? something bigger. Have since paid even more using clr and hangers to open holes, and entire new valve systems. Would rather have 325 back and toilets working. Fault of provider ? impossible to say.

Description of Work: They replaced one of the support bolts on a"shaky" guest bedroom toilet, which involved totally removing and resetting the toilet. The repairman worked very efficiently, kept me updated on his progress, and left the bathroom spotless. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: We called Roto-Rooter to ask their help in cleaning out the sewer line for the home we rent to another family. Raw sewage was backing up into the basement. After the work was completed, a representative called to ask if their work was satisfactory and to remind us that we had a 30-day warranty. A week later, the sewer backed up again. I called Roto- Rooter. They said they had no record of doing any work at that home! I talked with two different people, and a third man called me later. None of them could find their records from the week before. I had to wonder if they did not want to have to do warranty work. I did not have access to the invoice for their work until the next day. I called again and was prepared to give them their invoice number, control number, etc. I talked with a different man this time. He said, "Oh, yes, I have your records right here on my desk." So we scheduled another appointment. That was weird since no one had called to say they found their records. I was sorry for our renters, who had to deal with the stench an extra day. The crew dug into the sewer line at the point where their camera would go no farther and cleaned out the clog at that point. Then they looked for more clogs throughout the entire line. The workers were very courteous.
