Marc is experienced and does high quality work at a fair price. Further, he was punctual, tidy, and communicated every step of the way. Marc made the project easy and stress free and even finished ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend his services.

Marc Randolph installed hardwood hickory floors in two rooms over a four day period; the finished result is outstanding. We made the job more complex by going with two wood sizes. Marc spent almost a day checking the wood and pre-determining where pieces needed to go to get the best look. We purchased the wood from McCool's and told them that we had arranged for our own installer [through reviews from Angie's List]; they in turn said that Randolph Bros. did almost one-third of their installations and that Marc was frequently requested. Marc is a consummate professional, very personable, and a joy to have in the house.

Their price was very fair and their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them for tile work.

We were out of town for the project. We came home to two beautiful new floors. Marc was extremely good about making sure we were satisfied with the difficult transition from our marble floor to the hardwood kitchen floor. Everything was done very neatly. Our neighbors assure us they worked extremely hard. We would highly recommend this company.

I would hire Marc again in a minute. He is courteous, on time, cleans up well, and very precise in what he does. I was so impressed with him. My Angies' List yearly premium paid for itself when I hired Marc. I had a tough time schedule to get the floors replaces before a May wedding. He worked with me and got me on the work schedule with time to spare. I really cannot say enough good things about him and his work.

Since the work was scheduled a month out, Marc called to confirm the start date. The work took three days to complete. Each day he was on time and was very careful with the surrounding areas. Removing the existing ceramic tile and backerboard was very messy and dusty but he was careful to minimize the dust. I was very pleased with the result. The main reason I chose Marc was his demeanor. I found him very easy to work with as I did some of the advance preparartion and finish work. He is very professional and treats his work as if it was his own home.

The kitchen and the two bathrooms cost $480. The dining room and the hallway cost $394. They were good. They did an excellent installation job. I could tell that they were skilled in the area of installing floors. They were very professional and had a lot of experience as well. They had the right equipment to do the job. They didn't leave any mess whatsoever behind. They were totally professional from start to end.

I could not stand to look at my 70's avocado green tiled bathroom any longer so I gutted it and put it back together over a period of about six weeks. I hired out the work I could not do such as removal of the old tub, dry walling, and replacing the ceramic tile. I found Marc Randolph on Angie's List for the tile work. He was very helpful and had good suggestions. The harvest gold tiled bathroom is next.

Marc came out and did an original estimate and recommended places to purchase tile. We went with one of his recommendations (Lowe's) and he even met us at the store to help purchase the tile in appropriate quantities. Randolph Brothers installed new cement backer board on our tub deck before installing our tile. Their work was excellent. They did a fantastic job of laying out and lining up the tile and cutting it to enhance the look of the flooring, especially with the tub and its accent tiles. It looks much better than the original job that came with the house. We are very pleased with how much it improves the look of our bathroom. Also, they left our bathroom very clean!

After the initial estimate, Marc Randolph recommended a couple of carpet stores. We used one of his suggestions, and he was kind enough to meet us at the store on a snowy winter night and make sure the order was placed correctly. When the carpet was installed, they took the extra steps of removing many of the old carpet staples and vacuuming the carpet to move-in ready condition. There was very little carpet left over. The quality of the work was excellent.

Randolph Brothers did an excellent job! Marc and one other gentleman did all of the work. They showed up on time every morning and worked until after 5 p.m. every day. The flooring looks fantastic. There were a lot of cuts and trim pieces and everything turned out perfect. They were very professional and kept their work area very neat and clean. They also did a lot of extras such as painting the shoe molding, moving all the furniture, and picking up and delivering all of the flooring.

The job was done in a very professional manner. We used them previously and we were satisfied, so we hired them again. I wouldn't care to use anyone else since I'm already familiar with the quality of their work.

They arrived promptly and unloaded the new tile and materials into the house to allow for temperature adjustment since it was cold outside. The existing sub floor had some squeaks in it so they installed screws in areas where the sub floor squeaked. They sealed and patched the existing sub floor to even out and strengthen the base area that would receive the new tile flooring. They drew lines and measured for a good starting place so seams would be square and fall in appropriate areas. The glue was put down, then they took a lunch break to allow the glue to start to set up. After lunch they starting installing the tile. There was great attention paid to cutting and fitting to make a nice looking floor. A heavy roller was used to help the tiles make contact with the glue, especially along tile edges and seams. Grouting was put in between the tiles and the surface cleaned of excess grout. They were clean as they worked and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. We were presented with an itemized invoice which agreed with their earlier estimate. The workers were friendly, explained exactly what they were doing and why. We have a great looking floor and have received many compliments from friends and family.

Went very well, we are very pleased. Took about one and a half days for each bath.
