+ -1 moreWhen we purchased our home this past spring, the previous owners had been using Professional Lawn Services. We continued the service once owning the house. We have not been over pleased with them this year and will very likely not use them next year. Our rate of $25 was raised to $28/week when we took over the contract, although verbally we were told $25 would be the price. When I called Kevin, he moved it back to $25. They also did work that wasn't authorized and then charged us for it. Again, when I called Kevin, he removed it from the bill. They mow the yard when it is still soggy from rain and have left many muddy divots in our yard. When we removed some flower beds and put down grass seed, they mowed right over it leaving tire tracks. Lastly, they trim around the edges of the yard so short that it has killed the grass. Again, for $25 a week, we continued for the convenience and inexpensive cost, but will either find a new vendor for next year or do it ourselves.
Description of Work: Professional Lawn Services mows our lawn weekly for $25. We have about 0.4 acres.
